It's too heavy and salty for sipping, but excellent as a dipping sauce for the bouncy, thick noodles. I like thick noodles so this is perfect. The pork is a large, thick cut that is mostly lean with a bit of fat attached. You can select how much noodles you want: 200g, 300g, 400g, or 800 for additional charge. I asked for 200, but the waitress insisted that I should order more, and warned that should I want extra noodles after the bowl arrives, it would additional charge. Turned out that I should have stayed with my intuition as I ended up with leftover. This place also offers children portion, and has interesting drink options imported from Japan.
