Salmon Eggs Benedict (155 DKK) - 8/10Normally, I'm not a huge fan of eggs Benedict for brunch--it's such a standard menu item that it doesn't often excite me. But I was intrigued by the use of a crispy sweet potato "cake" as the base, so I decided to give it a try. I found that I really liked the sweetness from the sweet potato, as it balanced out all the savory components of the dish. Another highlight was the hollandaise sauce, which had a nice balance of richness and tanginess. Overall, one of the better eggs Benedict dishes I've had.
