This is literally the worst run place I've ever dealt with... the ONLY reason they have all these reviews is because they offer you free medicine/vitamins to LIE. I have been over charged, charged for no reason, and I have to HUNT DOWN my shipment EVERY single one is LATE, because they don't even send it until I tell them its missing because they can't do their job. I have to BABY sit EVERY SINGLE MONTH - then they offer you NOTHING. this is the 8th TIME I'm having to contact them AFTER my meds should have BEEN here, and they havent even ordered them, and blame it "on the pharmacy" - they offer you no credits, no nothing, just excuses. This business is in shambles. I began going here in late 2021. I did the Nuvivia weight loss program they offered. I worked with Cameron and it worked out pretty well. I lost 20lbs in 3 months. Then I decided to try the Aesthetics department for Botox. I worked with Rachel who did a pretty good job also. Things started going downhill in mid 2022 when they changed locations. I showed up to an appointment at the old location and there was a sign on the door saying they had moved. The staff did not contact any customers to let us know they moved. So, I left and went to where the sign said the new location was. I could not find the exact unit as it is in an old run down building off the main road that does not have adequate parking. (They claim they have a new facility still under construction next door) I tried calling the office several times and no one answered the phone, I got an answering service. I then get a text from them asking why I am not at my appointment and advising of the no show fee. I finally find the place. The parking is on a side road in a construction zone that was half flooded. The new facility is small, rundown, and cramped. There is one lady who does the actual treatments in the room and 2 other ladies who sit in a room and do the "admin" work. Pretty much they just take your payment and do nothing the rest of the time. I asked them why they do not answer the phone or call customers back. They nonchalantly told me they think the phone system was broken. I then called 3 months later to try and make my next appointment. Once again, the phone system goes straight to voicemail (813-445-7770). I leave a message. I then go online and see if they have a different phone number. I see they had a different number listed on the aesthetics website (813-303-0415), I call that number once again straight to voicemail. I leave a google review sharing this experience. I finally get a call back 4 hours later from the "director" she told me she was brand new to the job by a few weeks. This is the 3rd "director" they have had since I have been going to Biodesign over the last 2 years. She told me the phone numbers they currently have listed on google, Bing, the main Biodesign website, and the Biodesign aesthetics website are all wrong. She then advised that I use an online system to make appointments or ask questions. This conversation just blew my mind to the point where I went off. I asked the director how much money is this place losing by you guys not providing working phone numbers (813-445-7770) (813-303-0415), contact information, and not calling customers back? She said she was so busy that they can't tell that customers can't call in and that she would relay my concerns to the owner. She offered me a discount to make it right. I told her not to worry about it and I decided to take the thousands of dollars I spend here a year elsewhere. The prices here are astronomical anyway and the quality of the botox/filler is low (I pay $700 to $900 a treatment for boxtox/Jeuvue that only lasts about 10 to 12 weeks) compared to many of the other places and the service as you can see is subpar. Overdue for a change of a provider anyways. Good riddance BioDesign. Hopefully they fix the broken business. read more

after being injected here and having multiple nodules, none of the injectors wanted to touch my lips until I got dissolved. I asked if it was okay if I let my body naturally dissolve the filler by the end of this year for me to come back to get the rest of whatever didn't get naturally dissolved done. I was promised that that was no issue from the manager. months later my body dissolved what it needed too and i call to make my promised appointment, the owner calls me to say that they can't honor that anymore since their policies have since changed and i can't be grandfathered in. i'm so angry that the owner decided to disregard what was promised to a paying customer who only wanted dissolved work from their company! didn't care at all and offered me $50 off the dissolve and $50 my next service, but that still doesn't compare to what i was promised which was to dissolve for free. i just don't understand... where is the "do what's right" and just honor what was promised and coach your staff appropriately to not make promises so this doesn't happen again. the staff is nice and all but this just isn't right on the owners part and i'm the one suffering, why can't the company take the L and not a customer who was promised one thing but then voided after the fact. read more
