I was met with no games, 100% respect, and understanding. They let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at, didn't try to pull me inside to sell it to me, and left me with information incase I wanted to move forward with them. Although I ended up grabbing a different vehicle, I still really appreciate and respect this dealership for listening to customer needs, and having great service. The Toyota lake city service center also put the plates on wrong, straight up just drilled the plastic instead of setting them so they started to fall off too. Avoid at all costs. This would've killed us today if we were on the highway. Something this catastrophic should have been caught when they serviced and sold the vehicle. This is a catastrophic failure and it's illegal to sell a car that isn't road worthy. They also have been telling us they'll give us a call back and never did. We've called multiple times about this. He sold it to Melissa Ilgen, and I'm happy to be able to go back to a dentist in my neighborhood. And a real plus is I actually like dentist Melissa Ilgen. She bought the practice a couple of years ago, and I just started going to her about two or so months ago. She has a very caring staff from the folks in the front who deal with patients as they come in, to her hygienists and all the various assistants. They are very kind and caring people and I really appreciate that. I had to go in multiple times in order to get my night guard they made for me fixed. They couldn't seem to get it to fit properly each time, and I have another appointment next week for the same issue. That's the only issue that I've had so far. I give them a thumbs up otherwise.

Cat is a lovely woman who knows her stuff. She always gives me a great cleaning, but also answers questions, has good suggestions and is very mindful of my overactive gag reflex. Hubby said when he first went to Dr. Thacker to replace his crown, he was wary, as every time he's had this done in the past with other dentists, it hurt for weeks afterwards. Not this time! I've had a lot of bad dental experiences in the past, so I had a lot of trepidation about getting a temporary crown today. Dr. Couch listened to my concerns and took action to make me comfortable throughout the procedure. I felt seen and heard, and had one of the best dental experiences of my life.
