Take the long drive out to Lyons New York, and you'll find an old timey downtown area. It seems to me that a lot of this area has been refurbished in the last several years to recreate the small town feel. Among the antique stores you'll find the Ohmann. I went with two other adults and two kids and we had a large popcorn, two candies and three drinks- the total bill- $52. You won't find recliner seats or ear numbing speakers, but you'll also not have to select seats in advance or buy a day and a half ahead. We walked in the door and choose our seats for Incredibles 2 around 10 minutes before the show time. Note- we were traveling with kids and seeing a movie as a family didn't cost us $100! The Ohmann is beautifully restored and after the previews the curtains closed in preparation for the show. I loved the classic feel and the local flavor. I'll be back for sure!

My family was not aware of this, and we (my sister, her bf, and me) were dropped off at the theater and ID'd right at the door. It was only about 6:10 when we arrived. We had to call my parents back, because we were told an adult had to accompany us. Me and my twin sister were both 16, and her boyfriend was two months from being 17. We were not aware of the rule until we drove out to the theater, nothing on the website mentioned it. We ended up going to a different movie theater in Geneseo the same night. The rule is understandable, but it should have been more clarified on the website. gas is expensive, and we had to detour. Another thing is the rule should apply to under 16, because at that age you are somewhat more reasonable. Overall, it's a good place. I've been here a couple times but never past 6, must have never noticed the rule.
