The first time I stumbled into this store, I was shocked to realize it was more than just the skateboard store servicing that demographic. I lived that lifestyle at a different and younger time in my life. Now, I want thrift items and I want them decently priced. So...as for the stock. It's a rather small store but the stock 'rocks.' It has gotten even better since that first time I went, as I recently shopped 'tili dropped a few weeks ago, and spent less than $100 with clothes and jewellery, and high-end facial products, and winter gear, and footwear, etc. Vv-boutique has been getting worse and worse, and u can rarely get that bargain Hunter -high. It's just too high-priced. But, One Love keeps me 'high on natural love and good ol' fashioned epic deals and steals. I have been recommending this store to friends and family and now to strangers because not only is their mission just and decent and altruistic, they have a great store that has great stuff. As for the staff, the first time I went there, I was having a rough day and two volunteer??/ staff ladies took time out of their day to reassure me that there are kind and caring folks still in the world. I needed that human interaction so badly that day and they went above and beyond to say a prayer for me and simply just hug me. Trust me, I needed that that day. Anyway, I plan to check out the worship service on Sunday evening as it seems pretty intimate and safe from the traditional church experience....cough cough.... Hypocrisy that drove me away from religious institutions, initially. I can't and won't return to that, but I will check out this seemingly safe environment as a way back into some spirituality. I promise to post about that if and when I do attend. I have a feeling it's exactly what I'm looking for. Ok, so my review is looking "pretty epic" says Yelp so Im'a gonna post it now. People, check-out this thrift store. You won't be disappointed. It just gets better and better every time I visit. Peace and one love, y'all, cuz "let's get together and we'll be alright."

Saw this place on google, so I gave them a call before I took the trek to Anacortes and she had the most perfect pair of roller skates for me. It's a fantastic location and the impact it will have for kids and teens and adults being able to get outside, get exercise and fresh air and socialization can't be overstated. It's beautifully designed and an amazing spot so close to the waterfront. Thank you to everyone who supported this project and to the amazing folks at Trinity Skate who fought for something that will benefit this community for decades to come. When we give kids and teens healthy and safe 3rd places to meet, be active, socialize and have FUN, that's how we help them become healthy, well rounded humans. Our communities desperately need places for kids to thrive and move and just BE. What a fantastic park. Hope it continues to be maintained and supported and treated with respect and can even grow to accommodate more skaters, scooters, bikes - kids, families, fun and joy.

Of the many board shops in this area I walked into this one first. I was coming from out of town…read moreand looking for a whole new setup including a snowboard, bindings, boots and bag. When I walked in I felt out of place as most beginner snowboarders probably would feel. It just looked like a small, cramped board shop to me but compared to the other places, I'd take that over the stuffy, boutique type of shops the others seemed to be. Jess at West Coast was very helpful asking me questions to better hone in on what type of equipment would best suit me. She was super informative and didn't pressure me to commit to purchasing anything. In fact, she even told me to go to the other shops in the area to compare equipment and pricing. Pretty ballsy but it made me feel at ease right away. I went to all the other shops and no one made me feel comfortable about being there. Very few questions and assistance. Instead it almost felt like they were uptight because I may not have looked like a typical snowboarder. Needless to say I went back to West Coast and bought the lot, about $1500 worth of equipment. Then I put it to use going up to Whistler the next four days and loved every second of it. The board (Bataleon Goliath) performed great and my feet felt perfect throughout every run. Lastly, I would've given them 5 stars but the person helping my girlfriend with her ski boots was unknowledgeable and not a very big help to her. If you do go to this place go see Jess. There was another Aussie guy behind the counter that was giving his input and helping me out as well but I didn't catch his name. Mahalo, K

We did the entire 'snowboard alley' of W 4th and this place had by far the best deals. Not only were the prices better to begin with, they also carried more classic styles and colours in jackets and pants that suited my friend's fashion tastes. The staff were really helpful picking out a snowboard that was a great price, European-made and would last him for years. The graphics were pretty sweet, too. The board was freshly waxed and they set it up with the bindings in-store. In addition to already low prices and some sale items, the staff cut my friend a deal since he was buying a bunch of gear. It was the cherry on top! This shop also has non-snow-related sporting gear on the second floor.
