I bought 4 pairs of shoes a little under 30 days ago. I bought a light blue pair of clearance crocs for $10. My son tried to wear them for the first time on Friday, 09/11 and realized he had two right foot shoes & he couldn't wear them, took them off & placed them back in the box. I come in this morning, explain my dilemma, the asst manager with teal hair was able to take care of me, without attitude, without issue I wasn't trying to return them, get credit, get anything different. I was trying to see if I could exchange one of the right shoes for a left one same color same size, because that meant that one of the boxes they hadn't sold yet contained two left shoes, she immediately went to "oh they've been worn" they were literally tried on with fresh socks before school on Friday, when we realized they were 2 of the same side foot, he took them off and put them back in the box. She literally told her asst manager "you can help her if you want to, I'm not doing it under my number." Maybe the representative that checked me out when I spent $226 should have checked to make sure they were correct before I left the store, I'm sorry my child didn't wear crocs, he was wearing the Nike's I bought him. To top it off, I'm sitting in my truck writing this review in the parking lot of the shopping complex, & the same lady with the messed up attitude and lack of customer service came & knocked on my vehicle window trying to ask if I'm okay. Like yea, I'm good. Sorry I don't have the luxury of working normal hours and sorry my son ain't wear the crocs right off the bat. I'm so disappointed.

In a week, I saw 3 different people and exchanged my shoes 3 times. I hated to be THAT person but it truly took some time to figure out what best fit my feet. The staff was so accommodating and never made me feel like I was a burden despite coming in a total of 4 times. Gabby (the other lady working) checked me out and she also informed me of the BOGO on socks and showed which ones she recommended and why and told me what others ladies have purchased & raved about. Needless to say I got one of each pair she pointed out. Each step of the way Gabby explained how she was ringing it up and right before I swiped my card she reminded me she didn't scan my member card or my $5 birthday coupon!! (Good looking out). We also had small discussion about the gym the whole reason for me being there in the first place! End of story I came in the store for one pair of shoes & left with more goodies than expected. Gabby even gave me a $10 off coupon for their BOGO sale that starts 7/26 (right before my birthday) and on my receipt she showed me where I have yet another $5 off my next purchase! We haven't bought them here at this location yet though because it's cheaper at the Westheimer store for some reason - which also has a better selection, even though this is a nicer fancier looking little store inside the Katy mall. Really friendly sales associates though, and always willing to call around to other stores to find something or find a deal on something.
