From the beginning, this was an incredible dining experience. The staff were welcoming, inviting, and outstanding at serving. Everything I consumed was amazing. I cannot remember the names of everything but we started with drinks. The Paloma margarita and the white coconut rum/pineapple drink (which is the best drink I've ever had)! Let me start with how great the ambiance and decor is. I like the open kitchen concept too ( for the grill) Our waiter was very knowledgable and super attentive. Food: I am sushi person,I would not recommend the sushi here .Had couple of nigiris,nothing caught my taste buds,especially salmon was so blend . However tuna tataki was great. We had some other dishes to fill us up but I don't think it is worth the price . But hey,I am spending dollars so it is ok The biggest flaw of the night, I ordered a bottle of red wine and it came with these cheap ikea looking wine glasses. I did not care as much in the beginning till another couple sitting next to us got crystal glasses while I am drinking my bottle of wine from the same glasses I used in college in my frat house. This blonde lady walking around kept carrying wine so I asked he if she was the sommelier and she said yes. I explained the situation and her answer was " Their wine is Bordeaux ,yours is not" Excuse the fuck me???? I thought I misheard since she had a thick russian-ish accent and I asked again.( I am Turkish but I lived in States for 20 years so there is no way she could have misunderstood me but just in case) Then she walked away like nothing happened. I have been from Napa to Florence for wine,this is the first time I heard my bottle of cab sav is not good enough for crystal wine glasses. If you are charging half of minimum wage in Turkey for dinner ,you better get a sommelier who knows what she is doing and serve my wine like u charge me all this money. This restaurant screams HIGH LIFE. It's very well presented and maintained. The outside entrance is peculiar to me because it's tucked in a corner and if there weren't ppl to physically open the door I wouldn't have thought to go to the door they opened. Parking is plentiful, whether you valet or park in a garage. I would suggest valet at night, due to convenience. Parking in the garage took us on a mini adventure getting back to the car after the mall closed. Table seating can be awkward if you're tall and seated at a round table with other tall ppl. Knees bump against other table mates as well as against the table. We were moved to a section in the back that was better for our situation. Service was amazing. The servers were very attentive. I finished my cup of water and before I could place the glass back on the table, there was someone there to refill it. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. Being fluent in English was a nice touch as well. The food itself was okay. In my opinion everything was woefully overpriced, in comparison to the portion sizing. When my mean came out, I thought it was the appetizer. That's how small of a portion it was. It was still edible, but you expect more from high end establishments. Overall I had a good time, not so much because of the food, but because of the atmosphere and the service. I would come back, but not any time soon. I recommend it to all those who would like to experience the "High life" it wouldn't hurt to experience that life. If only for a meal read more

This place is incredible, the ambiance, the food, the service was 10/10! I am so pleased to have had this dining experience here at Zuma in Istanbul. I'm a vegetarian and they had plenty of tasty dishes for me to try along with a yummy dessert. If I come back to Istanbul this will be the first place I'm headed to if hungry! read more

I must agree that this restaurant is pretty good, the decor is beautiful, the view is outstanding, the service is great, best of all the food is superb! I just thought that this place is more suited for people that want a little bit to eat before going out or just want a little meal because the portions are really big, even though the presentation is beautiful. This isn't a place that the appetizer and entree will fill you up. You have to order multiple things and this is where it becomes pretty pricey. I still advice you come and try this place for the wonderful experience! read more
