I'm not a big roll fan, but this place makes you want more. They have mastered the art of the sushi rice. The plates are not only delicious, but also works of art. For the price -- we wanted to buy everything. Lol. Most of all, this place is authentic Japanese food! It is is co-Owned by Japanese as well as Turkish. The chefs in the kitchen are Japanese. It was amazing, had a good variety of toppings, the rice was prepared well and had a nice seasoning to it. The salmon on top was delicious. The omakase was a different story. While the concepts of the dishes sounded good on paper the execution was not very good in most dishes. At one point we had a 30 minute break in our meal as they prepared the next course.at minute 20 of the break the operations manager came over to tell us the dish had not even been fired yet. He did not offer an explanation( it was after the prawns and we were waiting on the lamb). So the thirty minute break between two courses disturbed our appetites.
