He did not offer an explanation( it was after the prawns and we were waiting on the lamb). So the thirty minute break between two courses disturbed our appetites. The rolls averaged 30tl per roll and I believe the bill for 3 of us exceeded 350tl (we also shared a 76 lira bottle of wine).
