The owners of Envision, Doug and Pam, and kitchen designer, Crystal, were very personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented and realistic - helping us to weigh the trade-offs and keep costs within our budget. We were extremely focused on craftsmanship and, having been completely satisfied with our previous Conestoga kitchen, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that they carried this brand. The design process went smoothly and efficiently, with Doug coming out to the house and taking detailed measurements and then the group working with us to figure out the optimal design. We were impressed as they valued our opinions and considered everything we threw at them with patience and thought. They were able to mix that with their experience and skill to deliver top quality kitchen in a very reasonable time. We appreciated their extreme professionalism, efficiency and thoroughness with no short cuts and no high-pressure sales. As we walked through the process piece by piece, they were able to come up with a design that satisfied every aspect that we had asked and have it delivered on schedule! This was by far the best experience we have ever had with any contractor. They met all our expectation and more! Of course, that doesn't include any plywood that may be needed, so by the end of the job the final cost was $26,000.00. So now the shingles are torn off and the project starts at around 10 AM A crew of none English speaking feverishly start the job. They continue working (men and women) until almost dark. The next day we got a good look at the final job and noticed the most horrible, unprofessional, uneven "Valley" one would could possible have. I contacted JSK and told them I wanted them to fix it. Jeremy Sager (owner) said that there was nothing wrong with it at first, but after a heated discussion, he said that it was our fault because the roof rafters at that location were sagging and it would cost us another $5,000. to remedy the problem. My question to him was, if they knew the roof rafters were sagging, then why not tell us before they covered them up. The whole experience with Jeremy Sager was very unsettling and his behavior was that of a very spoiled and undisciplined Child. This opinion of him has been shared by many professional businesses who know of him. Stay away from JKS Construction/roofing Co.

It gets really pricey to order samples because you pay a high shipping charge so I'd recommend starting your selection early, ordering you top 2-3 and hope you like one. The challenge I had with them was their customer service. Since it is made to order, you don't get a good sense of when it will arrive. I've had to reach out to customer service a few times. Sometimes they didn't respond until the second or third attempt, other times they say it will ship, but you don't receive a confirmation. When you are remodeling a home and this is just one of the 200 items you are ordering, it's difficult to plan. It's also difficult to schedule the contractors without good communication.

For my main order, I ordered exactly the number of square feet my contractor requested. Toward the end of the project, he realized he was 4 square feet short, though no one had ever counted sheets in the original order. The problem could have been that Susan Jablon shorted us or that our contractor told us the incorrect amount initially - we didn't know and just wanted to finish up our project prior to a rapidly approaching move-in date. So we called Susan Jablon and spoke to one of her employees about purchasing 4 more sheets. I explained that we were in a big rush to finish up, and even asked about paying more for rush delivery service. Since we're in the same state, I was assured the order would go out that same afternoon and arrive within 2 days with ground shipping so we decided against the rush shipping. Plans were made for the tile installation guy to come back the day after we were told the order would arrive. Unfortunately, the tile didn't arrive and I had to call to follow up. It was still sitting on their counter! Given the rush we were in and the conversation I'd had earlier in the week, someone really ought to have told me that there had been a delay. Then I noticed on my credit card transactions that I had been charged about double for my follow-up order vs. what I had been quoted. I called in right away and was told that I'd get a refund to my credit card, but that it could take 10-14 days to process. On the long side, but fine, not the end of the world - and I was told that this was just giving them a cushion and it could be sooner. I marked my calendar to check to make sure the refund came through. Now that we're in that period, I logged on to check for the refund. You guessed it, nothing. So I called back and this time (I think) I spoke to Susan herself, who pulled up my order history and said she saw nothing about needing to process any refund. She also told me the original issue came from the fact that I was charged for double the number of sheets as what had been ordered. It's too late to get a refund back to my credit card, and also too late to get any tax back because the tax bill has been paid, but they're refunding me for 5 sheets rather than 4 to make up for the difference. This time I'm supposed to be receiving a check. Hopefully it comes! So overall, great product, but highly disorganized service and they really dropped the ball a couple times. I had a ton going on with my renovation, ordering all sorts of tile, appliances, fixtures, etc. and the amount of follow-up required on this one element was really not appreciated.
