I am recently widowed and trying hard to make these major decisions. I had the contractor come to…read moremy home and explained that I just wanted my existing gutters covered and all new down spouts. I also needed new gutters for my newly constructed 3 season room. The contractor was very nice and agreed that my existing gutters were in good shape. He explained that the gutters would be cleaned and then covered and all new downspouts put in and then new gutters for my added room. I had a coupon for $300 less but the total was still $7100. I figured this was probably the going price but I was not given an itemized statemen. When The guys came to install, they did a great job, but were instructed to replace all my gutters! My son told me it was way too expensive for just covering existing gutters. Then, I wondered if the contractor gave me a price for all new gutters, eventhough he understood what I wanted. I contacted the company a few times, by email, to request to speak to the contractor and to provide me with an itemized statement. When I did not get a reply, I called and spoke to a woman who told me she could not provide an itemized statement; just the statement that was paid in full. So, I asked to speak to the saleman again and she said she would try. Still no answer. I guess this company gets their money and then ignores any requests. And these gutters are lifetime guaranteed?

I could not have been more pleased with the thorough job that he did. He, and his assistant, spent hours tirelessly checking over every little aspect of the house. He was extremely professional and detailed, and encouraged me to walk through the inspection with him. During the entire time, he explained functions of the house that I would not have otherwise known, pointed out things to look for, suggested improvements to increase efficiency, patiently and enthusiastically answered any question I could think of, and left no stone unturned. The extremely detailed, 28 page general inspection report, was promptly uploaded to his secure website for me to access within a day, along with the termite report. One hour after the 48 hour continuous radon test, the results were immediately sent to me. He also encouraged me to contact him after I had a chance to look over the results, to ask him about any questions about the inspection. However, this was not necessary, because he took so much time to answer all of my questions during the actual inspection. If you hire these people, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. I could not possibly have hoped to find a more professional and thorough inspection service.
