They are guaranteed to make you feel very comfortable. They never forget a name or a face! They have alot of patience, and really- the knowledge they all have, is amazing! The scars I have almost reach my sternum and suits worn have to be thick at the bottom to hide how visible they are. Secondly- I had to have a revision done since he and the team left a "dog ear" that looks like an unusual protrusion. Even after the revision -it's still present. Bathing suits worn have to be a certain type to hide the error and damage that wasn't addressed properly. After multiple phone calls with management- both Dr's. ( I inquired of both) refused any type of compensation for these issues that are now something I have to see everyday. I'm very disappointed in my results that are now almost a year old. My desires were made very clear to the staff and Downs. I would encourage others considering this establishment to do research on other plastic surgeons in the area. I knew from the moment I met him and his staff that he was the one I wanted to do my breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was so attentive starting during the first consultation, he did not try to "sell" his work, just let it speak for itself. I could not recommend him more. My reconstruction looks PERFECT and NATURAL. The healing process was fast, minimal bruising, the incision scars just look amazing. I was so nervous before the surgery, but his calm and confident demeanor made me feel calm and confident. Even since my surgeries, he has been so attentive, remembers little details, and could not be more professional. I was quite nervous and felt very awkward about the whole thing because I'd never had anything cosmetic done and hadn't planned to in my lifetime. I've never spoken with a plastic surgeon before and was also afraid that I might get unsolicited advice (i.e. "Well, if we change x or y, you'll look SO much better!") that would hurt my feelings for a long time or something honestly. Nothing I was concerned about came true in the least bit; his bedside manner was A+, and Dr. Diepenbrock was also extremely sympathetic about some personal issues I shared with him that had caused my tension headaches to become much worse in recent months. He came up with a generous and cost-effective plan for treating me during our session but then also suggested that I seek out a doctor that accepts insurance for my type of issue - read: he wasn't even trying to make a return customer out of me, he's really just that nice. As for the results? I definitely feel that it worked. I still get headaches from time-to-time from dehydration or if my neck/shoulder/upper back tension gets too out-of-control; however, the "transfer of tension" to my head doesn't happen nearly as often. These days, I can still feel when the rest of my muscles are tight and aching, but at least it doesn't turn into a headache that prevents me from remembering things or thinking clearly. I think I'll look into having the same treatment on some of my neck/shoulder muscles and see if that solves the problem completely. I'm so grateful that Dr. Diepenbrock was so knowledgeable about this type of issue and was so willing to work with me in my situation because now I might be more on the track to completely solving my 20-year issue. I came in with a procedure in my mind, I am losing volume in my face and wanted it corrected. They basically talked me out of the procedure, and just recommended to take better care of my skin. I have no wrinkles but my pores could be smaller and I have spots of sun damage. I could do a better job looking after my skin for sure. They put together some products for me from Obagi line, Dr.Diepenbrock did a tiny bit of Botox to relax muscles under my eyes when I smile so it doesn't cause wrinkles and hollowness under eyes and they sent me home. Next day my eyes look really relaxed when I smile, I love it. The botox shots were not painful and left no marks! I have a follow up scheduled in June.

Though it smelled sort of like he ate Limburger cheese for breakfast, he created a good rapport. I dealt more with Michelle. She was so nice! I could tell that she had my best interests at heart and cared about me as a patient! The office was clean and organized. There was a good feeling of privacy all of the times I went there. Their prices were similar to the others in the area doing the same procedures.

One year after lower blepharoplasty -- ongoing functional problems, permanent changes, and…read moreunresolved concerns I waited a full year before posting this review because I wanted to give my eyes every opportunity to heal and because I repeatedly tried to resolve my concerns privately with Dr. Elluru's office. I underwent lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Elluru on October 17, 2025. Before surgery, my concern was relatively minor. I had some under-eye hollowing and puffiness, particularly beneath my right eye. My eyes were otherwise healthy, functional, and one of the features I valued most about my appearance. Within hours of surgery, I knew something was wrong. I contacted the office in writing and sent photographs because my lower eyelid appeared to be pulling downward, my eyes looked noticeably different from one another, and the change was already interfering with my vision. Over the following months, I continued experiencing and reporting altered eyelid shape, excessive tearing, burning, severe dryness, incomplete closure, irritation, scarring, hollowing, and visual interference. I was repeatedly reassured that things would improve with healing. I am now one year post-operative, and they have not. I eventually sought independent medical evaluations. Oculoplastic surgeon Dr. Tiffany Kent documented lower-eyelid retraction, tissue loss, inferior scleral show, and changes involving my left lateral canthus following the prior surgery. Reconstructive procedures were discussed to restore support to the lower eyelids, with estimates totaling more than $10,000. I also require ongoing treatment for dryness and exposure symptoms. Dr. Elluru later suggested in writing that my use of a home radiofrequency device was "more than likely" responsible for the retraction. The timeline is important. I was documenting the downward change in my lower eyelid within hours of surgery in October 2025. I did not even purchase the RF device until April 23, 2026, approximately six months later. I purchased it in an attempt to improve the visible scars at the outer sides of my eyes, not to tighten the skin underneath my lower eyelids. I also have serious unresolved concerns regarding my medical records. The blepharoplasty consent form included in the records mailed to me contains a signature that I know is not mine. I had never seen that document before receiving my records, I did not sign or initial it, and the spaces for patient initials throughout the document are blank. Other consent documents from the same surgical episode contain my actual signature and initials. I have preserved all of these documents and am seeking formal review of that issue. I also repeatedly requested the original clinical before-and-after photographs taken by the practice. The original/native clinical photographs I requested were not included in the medical chart that was eventually sent to me. I raised concerns in writing about the versions that had previously been provided and requested the originals. I attempted to resolve this privately. Dr. Elluru offered a partial refund in exchange for a release and restrictions regarding public discussion, but no specific refund amount or agreement was ever provided. I later requested reimbursement of the full $6,401.50 I paid so that it could be applied toward the reconstructive treatment I now need. My last written attempt to resolve the matter received no response. I am sharing my experience now because I believe patients considering cosmetic eyelid surgery should know what my outcome has been. This has not simply been disappointment with a cosmetic result. I have lived for a year with persistent functional symptoms, altered eyelid anatomy, visible scarring and hollowing, and a change in the appearance of my eyes that has affected me profoundly. I have photographs, dated emails, medical records, purchase receipts, independent medical findings, and other documentation supporting the timeline described in this review.
