I went to a different place in the past, and an assistant just poked me with needles and didn't explain anything. Dr. Chadwell sat with me and had a great consultation (it was so thoughtful...considering I was there for a pretty simple procedure). He has a great bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable in the office. I never felt rushed at all. Also, Stephany at the front desk is lovely. She is very prompt at returning calls/emails and just has a very calming personality. Don't wait. Go here. There's a reason he is booked out a month in advance.

I went in for a consultation with Dr Chadwell. It literally lasted about ten minutes. He didn't…read moreexplain anything to me but did talk about the product he would use. I wanted my lips plumped. I went a week later to have the procedure. He injected 2cc's of restylane into my top and bottom lip and told me I would see the full effect of the injections in about 2 weeks. I saw only a slight change but not what I was promised, at a cost of $925.00. After a week, I saw nothing. What a waste of money. I went back in to show the Dr. Chadwell where he seemed upset and made derogatory comments because I started to show some emotion. He was basically making fun of me. He said he would reinject another 2cc's. He never made mention that I would be charged again. Needless to say, I had the same result...NONE. What a disappointment. Dr Chadwell should stick to his profession as an Otolaryngologist. He is not trained to do facial procedures. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

This practice has spent considerable time and research to extract the maximum amount of…read moremoney/benefits possible from each individual's insurance plan. Whatever your insurance will pay for is what will be done to you. They run people through their system like a conveyor belt. Does your insurance cover massage therapy? How long is the minimum amount of minutes 15, 30? That's what they'll do. Does it cover physical therapy? Ok they'll have a minimally trained person (not a PT) stretch you. I have been to almost a dozen chiropractors and NEVER has one of them refused to adjust another area of my spine in the same visit! Their chiropractor adjusted my lumbar area and when I said my thoracic and cervical areas also needed attention, he refused and said "that's all we're doing today" so when I asked about how to have them addressed he said "make an appointment for later this week". That is a way for them to use up as many 'adjustments' as possible from your insurance as quickly as possible. Three 'adjustments' in one week, lower, middle and upper means three insurance payments! I only was covered for 12 per year from my insurance! Every other chiropractor I've been to in my 50 years has adjusted my entire spine and called it one 'adjustment' for insurance or self pay. WHAT A RACKET!

Office staff, nurses and both doctors I had were fantastic! They were welcoming, friendly, patient, and kind. They answered any and all questions I had. And then just before procedure they gave me medication that totally relaxed me. They played wonderful music also. And I had a nurse who even sang! I loved it. At one point we were all singing together! I'm sorry the previous lady didn't like her experience there. But I am highly recommending Legacy Vein Clinic. I had thought about going to a doctor closer to me in Michigan. I heard about him after my first visit to Legacy. Decided to stick with my first choice. And after sharing my experience with others at work, the ones who had gone to the other doctor here in Michigan were jealous and did not have near the experience I did. Thank you Legacy!!!
