We went here after the Rico's by the airport was sold out of lechon; yea, I know - - Saturday evening at 7:00 & sold out? So we hopped a cab out 5 minutes here.
Good lechon - - moist, good taste, crispy skin. Could you want more? I like to dip my pork, even though this was so moist - you really didn't have to. I used seasoned vinegar as a dipping sauce. Nice and tasty. You want it over the top though? Make a sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, tomato, onions, mustard, & sugar - - keep it on the sweet side. Boy, I was missing that. After eating, I realized that I had all the ingredients to make it at the table, but the mustard. My next trip to Cebu, I'll remember this - - a packet of mustard from the States will remedy this.
Baked scallops: super cheesy & the scallops were so small that the cheese over powered them. Not too happy here.
Crab Relleno (stuffed crab shell): nice, loaded with crab meat, & real good taste.
Located across the street from the Marina Mall, it's easy to find.
