Sue B picked us up at the airport to attend a two day business meeting, on our return trip back to the airport, she graciously took us a tour to see the Garden of the Gods! We appreciate her efforts on our short stay to show us some of the natural beauty! We have her contact info to call her on our return visit!! Highly recommend! read more

This is absolutely the worst cab service I have ever attempted to use in my life....Im pretty sure this company employs if not one driver maybe none because they never come (at least in my experience). Why are they in business? They never have a driver to send to you and you end up waiting hours if not never. DO NOT CALL THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES AS A CAB COMPANY!!! read more

I can't believe I had a guy show up in my driveway, 10 minutes early....when I had cancelled the service TWICE by emailing and calling the company. I cancelled because there is no transparency - of fees, or of how to cancel once you book. I hired UBER instead; and if I wasn't careful, I would've hopped in only to have been charged from UBER and this company too. I suggested to the driver that he work for Lyft or Uber. At least those companies are transparent and communicative! read more

I'm not sure they ever pick anyone up. I've been stood up 9 out of 10 times. I'm on Medicaid and don't drive and this is the service I'm supposed to use. They suck. read more

Another no-show. I encourage anyone who's insurance backed rides to medical appointments suggest the use of another driving service in Northern Colorado. I had a timely need to get lab tests before my physician left for another post in another town. It took 12 hours of waiting, 6 phone calls and 2 grievances filed to Cigna until i finally got a ride with Lyft. ZTrip may have issues with driver supply. However their lack of concern about the inconvenience caused to customers ( riders) and the subsequent loss by no- shows at Dr office destinations are what I have come to expect. I was told by one driver who arrived after a three hour wait to go home from an appointment that she and other employees were responsible for at least some of any positive reviews posted about the company. review read more

The absolute worse reliability of any ride company. Scheduling rides or calling for a ride can take 45 minutes to an hour. As someone with a disability who relies on on time rides for appointments, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE or company. Absolutely horrible timing and reliability. read more

I'm a 5 day subscription wheelchair rider. They confirm the ride the night before but then a NO SHOW......the next day. More drivers and ramp vehicles. Thank you . read more

Nothing can improve this scam of a business. I scheduled a wheelchair van for Mothers Day, confirmed and reconfirmed. They sent me 2 confirmation texts and 2 voicemails confirming the van. Then a no show. We lost our brunch reservation I made a month in advance and the druggie who took my call ask g where the van is didn't care. This "company" exists for drug deals and employs illegal immigrants. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY -if you need to get somewhere in time Booked a ride for 3:45am to catch a flight and they never showed. Called and they told me that that didn't have any drivers- they all timed out for the amount of driving permitted. That's all find and dandy but WHY DON'T they let the CLIENT know? No notifications no cancellation. Just. NO SHOW. HIGHLY UNDEPENDABLE SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Zero stars would be too good of a review for this service. They should have their operating license revoked. "Scheduled" cars with confirmed times do not show up and customer service personnel are not only unhelpful ("a car will show up if it becomes available") but have a nasty attitude. They clearly do not care. Colorado Springs is too good of a city to allow this business to continue. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible taxi service and completely unreliable. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Driver never showed up after we booked a ride in advance. Almost missed our flight. Use another service. read more

Terrible........I waited, waited and waited, only to repeatedly get the automated recording saying they were trying to get me a driver. Not a good way to run a business. read more

Worthless. Scheduled a pickup, waited 15 minutes, taxi didn't show. Automated voice attendant called while i drove (myself) to the airport. "I'm trying to find you a taxi..." Don't waste your time. Lyft/uber are far more reliable. read more

This company is clearly on its way out, & for a very good reason: its competitors are far superior. As far as I'm concerned, the sooner this entity folds, the better. Do not count on this operation, or ever assume its management/drivers will do what they say they're going to do. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance, received an automated confirmation call on the morning of the theoretical pick-up, and nobody ever showed up. The reservation was for a veterinary visit, which was of no small importance, & which could not be readily rescheduled. All they could say when I called was that they were "still searching" for another driver; eventually one called & said they couldn't be there for another 30 minutes. Far more significantly, however, this is the 5th time that this has happened. Which makes this neither an isolated incident nor a simple matter of bad luck. I should have learned my lesson sooner, but the upshot is: don't use them. That simple. read more

Made a reservation to be picked up at 2:00 am to go to the airport a week prior. Called at 1:00am the morning of to confirm. It's now 2:33am the day of and no taxi. It's going to cost me over 200$ now for an Uber and forfeit of my original transportation. Do not use this service! Most stressful experience ever!!! read more

I'm stunned at their BAD service. I got a cab yesterday morning. He arrived and took me to work. He gave me a $5 discount and the 10 mile ride was only $25 instead of $30 (he said it was a discount). This rate is almost double a Lyft ride. So this morning I do the same route and get a call 50 minutes later and 5 minutes after I was suppose to be at work. I was told I was driven the day before and the driver commented it out. I told them this was the second drive and they are like "OH! we can get you ride". And they wanted to put me in their automated loop again. Mind you I'm now 15 minutes late for work The offshore phone center whom I couldn't understand put me through to another foreign agent who was difficult to understand and screeching noise & chaos in the back ground. I told him I couldn't hear him with all the noise. He asked me if it was better 3 times - He finally sounded like he went into a quiet area so we could talk. I told him I was now late for work after calling almost an hour earlier for the cab. He said, "I'll get you covered - I said I want some sort of compensation for you guys screwing my ride up and making me late for work. He say and I quote - "That will never happen. I said, "I'm going to call a new taxi service." and I hung up. So here I sit @ 8:22 am I was suppose to be at work at 8am (they would have let me be 1/2 hour late under the circumstances - but communication with the cab service Ztrip was so pitiful. I just lost a $250 pay day to help me pay for my 2 flat tires on my RV sitting in the Costco parking 10 miles from my job site - - - This was Ztrip mess up saying I had already been delivered (but that was yesterday). I wouldn't recommend them unless you have hours to wait and extra money for their extra high rates for a 10 mile drive ($25 without tip). ZTrip is an all round joke!!!! I give it a -TEN I work at a bar in town so naturally we call for a taxi... mind you the rider is a blind man, waited literally four hours and still as I write this no taxi has shown... absolutely heartbreaking you call yourself a business but don't act like a business... pathetic... and not even the first time for this bs either read more

This company is totally incompetent. I schedule a pickup time for a specific time and they never show up on time. The show up at least 30 or more minutes late. I also normally schedule a pickup time at the place I was dropped of. They now tell me that they don't do that anymore. I been doing this every time I use this crappy company. I was told that it's always been their company policy. That is a bunch of BS. If you need a ride from them I would suggest that you look for an alternative. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!!! Terrible, terrible company!!!!!!! read more

After returning from a trip, I just thought that I would grab a taxi instead of waiting for an Uber. It is 5 miles from the COS airport to my house and the fare ended up being over $17. I still gave a tip and overall, the fare ended up being double what I paid for an Uber going to the airport. Never again. read more

Yesterday, I reserved a wheelchair-accessible van for my elderly mother's first appointment with her new doctor. It took two calls, since on the first one I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I called back and made the reservation, being careful to specify that Mom can't get out of her wheelchair, so the vehicle needs a wheelchair lift, and a driver who knows how to use it. An hour before our scheduled pick-up, I got an automated call from Z-Trip confirming our reservation. Today, 5 minutes before pick-up, as we're literally just going out the door to meet the van (Mom's CNA has gotten her out of bed, dressed, and done her hair and makeup) I got a call from a lady at Z-Trip saying that they have no wheelchair-accessible vans until next Monday at the earliest. I objected, telling her everything above. She barely managed an "I'm sorry" at the very end of the call. We normally use the City's handicap bus, which costs $7 round-trip instead of the $25 each way that Z-Trip charges, but theCity's schedule was full when I called. I took the afternoon off work for this appointment (during a very busy time of year for me) because Mom has gotten to the point that she can't leave the house alone; she just gets too confused. I just called the doctor's office and was able to reschedule the appointment for six weeks from now. So whatever health issues an 82 year-old woman is dealing with will just have to wait another six weeks. Z-Trip can go pound sand. read more

Excessive Speeding, Wreck-less driving. A ztrip mini van tried to run me off the road because he decided to merge into my lane. He then started flashing his lights at me and flipping me off. I'll be sure to give the DOT a call and have them open a case on ztrip. read more

On December 27th a ZTrip Driver sideswiped my parked car and destroyed my sideview mirror. She tried to make it sound like it was my fault that she hit a parked car despite me not even being near my car. I went online to file a claim with the ZTrip insurance company but found that you must call the local office and have them file the claim. It took me two 15 minute attempts to make it through numerous call center transfers to even get through to the office and when I did, I got the voicemail of the Colorado Springs ZTrip General Manager. I left a polite message asking for him/her to get back to me as soon as possible and still have not heard back. ZTrip has put me in an incredibly unsafe position of having to drive to work with no sideview mirror. They have unsafe drivers and do not own up to their mistakes. read more

Doubled the rate I was quoted, and left me off at a side door with no way of getting into the hotel lobby. Do not use this business.

Trying to get through to a dispatcher that speaks English and understands English is almost impossible. I made five calls and could not get through to a supervisor or a GM. I have never talk to such Rude dispatch people in my life! After looking at these reviews, it looks like they do have horrible dispatch reviews. Well I guess you can't get a ride if you can't talk to a dispatcher. Maybe the company should hire better English-speaking people. Also would be Nice to be able to Talk to a Manager. read more

We were charged double for the hapless Ztrip drivers mistake it was as if the driver had no idea of where they were or where they were going in spite of being given the correct address. I will NEVER use this company again completely and utterly unprofessional and without scruples, read more

My girlfriend arrived at a 10 pm flight at the springs Airport. I called earlier to arrange a time for pick up. She called as well when she arrived. No one was there, called again was informed that a drive is being located and sent. We'll after an hour and lots of calls still same response. Finally another taxi service showed up and helped. I got a call at 2 am and 4 am that they are still searching for a driver. That's over 6 hours this is amazing to me. Springs has 5 military bases and you would think they be all over it. Never never use this taxi service. The worst I've ever seen. Been around the world and that means something. Well info everyone I meet to avoid this company maybe enough screw up's they will close down. That would benefit everyone in springs area. Again don't use this taxi company. read more

Ah yes Z-Trip you've screwed me once again. Stranded yet another passenger at my hotel. He had booked it the previous night and even got a confirmation e-mail confirming his Pick-Up time of 3:30 am 5/28/2021. Of course, as usual, no one showed to drive this person to the airport. This is the WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER! They have stranded nearly 50 guests at my hotel over the past 2 months. Hire some late night dispatchers as your automated voicemail system is awful and sexually condescending. How are you getting away with your greeting of "Honey..." in this day and age. Why are you even still in business? I will be submitting your automated system to the Better Business Bureau if you do not change this greeting as it is offensive. read more

Booked a ride with Ztrip "two days in advance". When my ride didn't show up at the time I had booked "two days in advance" I called Ztrip only to be told that a driver had just been handed the order to pick me up that I had booked "two days in advance." I was told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes before the driver arrived to pick me up for the trip that I had booked "two days in advance." After waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time I had booked "two days in advance" I called for an Uber which arrived within 15 minutes and took me to my destination. Giving Ztrip one star is more than they deserve!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Scheduled a ride 3 hours in advance for an urgent appointment. Nobody showed up. I got a confirmation call about 1.5 hours before, which I confirmed the booking. Getting close to the latest time I would be able to still leave, I called multiple times to see what's going on. Just kept getting the message that they can't give a wait time cause they're still looking for a driver and that they'd put in another request for a driver. Ended up calling customer service and explained the situation, and they said I would be their top priority to get me a ride. I got a call about 10 minutes to confirm the ride, which I did again. Then got a call saying the driver is 13 minutes away. It's been over half an hour and no driver, no call no nothing. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever dealt with. I'd advise anyone in need of a cab to AVOID Z-TRIP AT ANY AND ALL COSTS. I've wasted a whole day with this service on the promise they'd deliver it on what they're supposed to be doing. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL Z-TRIP. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE CAB SERVICE. I'm getting in touch with the BBB regarding this garbage of a cab service, because this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU NEED A RIDE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED TO GET YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION ON TIME IF AT ALL. read more

After arrival at Colorado Springs airport, we had two Uber drivers canceled on us for pick up. We then had a Lyft driver reroute and changed from 17 minutes to over 40 minutes. Ztrip 'lost' our ride, after we confirmed several times. After 2 hours of waiting, they 'lost our ride and said it might be 45 minutes until they can find us a driver, but wouldn't know how long he might take at that point. Our original pickup was for 8:15 pm, and the distance was under 2 miles. We canceled and ordered a competitor, who arrived in 15 minutes. Following day we tried them again, confirmed MULTIPLE times, but when they failed to arrive, we called to find they 'lost' reservation AGAIN. We canceled immediately, called the same competitor, and was picked up in under 15 minutes. The competitor's driver said it's very common if your travel distance is short. read more

To be honest, if there is a zero star rating I would probably select that. However my ride from the airport when I arrived was with a Z trip driver and it was perfectly fine. However, and I can't stress this enough, do not under any circumstances rely on this service. You cannot reach a human being, their electronic app and booking confirmations are deceivingly slick and COMPLETE FICTION. I booked a ride in advance, and then in the moment after the advance booking did not arrive. Both were confirmed with automated phone calls. When I checked with my hotel after the ride was already late, I was informed that the hotel has a contract with Z trip and, "they never show up." I am in Colorado Springs for a vitally important meeting, and if not for the kindness of strangers, everything would have been ruined because this company has a slick service facade with absolutely nothing behind it. They should lose their license. PS, I am a loyal Uber customer but according to the app, Uber was not an option from my location. Very unfortunate. read more

I was really hoping to be able to write a positive review, as we've always had professional and dependable service from Ztrip. But that was BEFORE the pandemic. We recently reserved a vehicle three days ahead of time to take us and visitors from our residence to the Cog Train in Manitou Springs. As locals know, parking in that area is tight. We received a confirmation the night before, but on the day of the trip the company had difficulty finding a driver. We decided to drive ourselves after all, and fortunately made it on time and even found a parking place. Due to a temporary lack of wireless service, we were not able to cancel the Ztrip reservation. We received several notifications from them - for about an hour - advising us that they were still trying to locate a driver. We were finally able to cancel the reservation. A very frustrating experience. Why have a business, if you can't deliver on the services you offer? As another reviewer wrote, their app is pretty slick and easy to use; however, not dependable at all. read more

Ztrip is THE worst taxi service I have even used in 50+ years. I scheduled a taxi 24 hours in advance and Ztrip said it was confirmed. I received a couple of texts about the confirmation and I even called later in the day to double check confirmation for an early morning taxi to the airport. No taxi showed up at so I called and the machine, you cannot talk to a real person, said I was confirmed. 15 minutes late I called again, still confirmed. I called the airport because they usually have a direct number to Ztrip; customer service called for me, talked to a real person at dispatch and found out Ztrip did NOT have a driver and that they would try to find one in the next hour. That didn't help me even though I gave myself 2 hours just in case. I ended up missing my flight to Hawaii because of Ztrip's definition of 'confirmed' means they are looking for a driver. BTW I ended up calling all the taxi services in Colorado Springs and none answered or had driver's, no uber available either. Ended up paying a total stranger to take me to the airport. The sad thing is Ztrip through their automated system called me as said my scheduled trip that was now 4 hours late was still 'confirmed'. Ztrip is THE worst taxi company I have ever experienced. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. read more

Horrible and unreliable. Ordered a ride to Colorado Springs Airport 24 hours in advance (Mar 6 2022) for a 4:30am pickup for my mom.
