It gets frustrating when misunderstanding get intangled into the conversation. Now, ive had a time or two when there were misunderstandings and it wasn't nearly as bad to fix as i thought it would be. My favorite part is the owner picks me up himself and is such a delightful personality to send anyone on into their day! He always calls to make sure his understanding is correct and tell me who to look for if he can't personally make it to me that time. Very joyful experience especially when ones doctor trip may be going to get some horrible news, wala transportation is always there to lift my spirits on the way there and back leaving me with positive thoughts and vibes for the rest of my day! I truly appreciate the work it took and is taking everyone in that team to become exceptional people to make a lasting impression on ones day and life! Definitely recommend them to everyone! If you dont have nearly the same experience as I, then I'd do a self assessment of onesself.. have a blessed day friends! LETS GO ! TRANSPORTATION

I relayed the information to my dr that i was going to be late, he was not happy and wanted to reschedule but said if i could come in within the next 30 minutes he would still take me. 20 more minutes came and went, i called the dispatcher again who put me on hold for 11 minutes to the dot then said, once again in broken english, this time with angry bass in his voice, that my driver was not showing up. WTF! This is the reason you schedule appoontments! I will be using medride only from now on. These clowns are children ran by children. He didn't give me more until they were done, they rushed. The guy who held the blue light to my tooth was hanging on it like it was a peg on a rock wall. While I was in pain mind you, from a root canal on the longest root in my face. I explained the last 2 root canals I've had didn't end well, they only offered me otc Tylenol and ibuprofen telling me they don't prescribe medications there. Shortly afterwords, I call my primary dentist and they told me the endodontist said I denied all pain meds to therefore they gave me none. I called them and told them that otc's don't work for root canal pain, a fever reducer and anti-inflammatory is not going to help. Those are not actual pain meds. I was in soo much pain on my 30min drive home that I shouldn't have been driving, at this point I just wanted to pull over and rip the darn tooth out!!! They then asked me for my pharmacy and sent in actual pain meds for my pain... that I was told they don't do.. right? So I was manhandled, then I was lied to. I'll be taking my buisness elsewhere. I hope that nobody has to go through what I did. I'm a chronic pain patient and I have meds in my purse that didn't even touch the pain I was in, I had to wait 4 hours to even take the ones they sent due to interaction risks, because I already took meds in the hopes they did anything at all because they told me they didn't do that. I was screaming in pain at home in bed and couldn't do anything about it for 4 HOURS!!! All because they lied to me. End result the work is fine, but I thought I was going to get better treatment than an animal. *note I have every right to be upset about this. There is no excuse as to how I was treated while obviously suffering from pain on my way out of their office. I also explained I can't take NSAIDs due to medical reasons at the office. The amount if tylenol I would have to take would be toxic.

In the last year, I was informed that I would be seeing Ashley for my HRT. Then within a month, I learned that Ashley was gone and I received a call from the Flying Horse company. They didn't answer my questions of why Kim left, why Ashley left, and why I wasn't given a heads up and I had been leaving messages for 2 weeks asking for HRT refills. Sad, but Dr. J sold himself to money. It's sickening! Luckily I was able to find Kim Brown who is on her own now. I was told that I had FOUR cavities at that appointment. I had never had a cavity in my life, so FOUR seemed a little suspicious. I had to get a second opinion... I called and scheduled an appointment. Soon after, I received a packet in the mail which I was to complete and mail back. I personally would have preferred an online form to cut down on paper waste. The day before my appointment, I received a warm reminder call, which I appreciated. I am a **high anxiety** patient, and Amanda made me feel comfortable. She spoke to me about Colorado, family, pets, etc. I know next to nothing about dentistry, but Amanda did not report my gum score out loud. I really appreciated that as knowing my gum score only increases my anxiety at a dental appointment. Amanda was fantastic. Gentle. Kind. I absolutely recommend her. Dr. Oversen was professional and warm. My previous dentists have seemed professional but cold and in a rush to see their next patients. Dr. Oversen took his time with me. Very calming tone. Also very handsome, so that's a bonus. And it turns out I have one cavity, not four... I am feeling calm and eased of my anxieties in regards to my upcoming appointment with Dr. Oversen at Mountain Vista Dental.
