On time pickup. Quiet driver. Nice earlier in the morning going to airport. I would use them again. read more

The worst. I called and they said the cab was on its way. About every 30 minutes I called and got the same answer. After about 1 1/2 hours I went to plan B. Do not trust them. Better off walking and they're dishonest liars read more

VIC was supposed to pick us up at 5am, he called the night before to confirm his pick up and HE NEVER SHOWED UP!! We are furious and disappointed at the unprofessionalism! We will never use Spring Cab again! One star is way more than they deserve!! read more

Mike D below is a liar everyone. He is trying to say Spring Cab and Springs Cab are two different companies. Read his review. THEY ARE THE SAME! Mike is the owner. He sent me a threatening message, so I have blocked him. Hey Mike, genius, did you realize you have the same phone # on both Yelp profiles, and that people will figure out that Sping Cab and Springs Cab are ONE IN THE SAME! Springs Cab, (719) 444-8989 https://www.yelp.com/biz/springs-cab-colorado-springs Spring Cab, (719) 444-8989 https://www.yelp.com/biz/spring-cab-colorado-springs-2? Bottom line, don't use Spring Cab or Springs Cab. Both of their reviews smell, they are one in the same, and the owner is dishonest. Use Ride Share services everyone, taxis are dead! read more

Picked me up from airport and went south instead of north, took me an extra hour to get home bc of that. If he didn't know what 595 was, he should've said something before driving in the wrong direction and wasting my time and money. So pissed. read more

I have to agree with all of you. Not only there lies, but thrives. My mom paid Springs cab to bring me to work and home again. The dispatcher as you can see isn't from the united states, he's from another country and he kept her card info and started charging stuff to her card. They owe her around 75-80.00. Not counting I had to call off work last Saturday no cab didn't show. They suck!! I'll take the bus instead. read more

Springs Cab - Taxis Near Me

was not happy with this company, there was a safty issue with the set belts working, and they took me to the wrong address, twice, and gor know on, i will get rides from another company,or take a lovely buss, read more

The dispatcher was friendly. That is the only positive thing I can say about their service. There was some sort of miscommunication that kept sending the drivers to the wrong place. Four drivers and an hour and a half later, the place I was trying to get to closed and I canceled my request. Then the last driver kept calling me and insisting that I pay his fare for trying to pick me up, after he had driven to the place that the dispatcher told me she had had specifically instructed him the wrong one. Find a ride somewhere else. read more

DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP What a total screw up. When I called in almost 12 hours in advance I could not have been treated nicer and I was assured an on time and safe cab ride. Can driver woke me up at 1:04 am to inquire the number Of fares he would be picking up. He had also called at 11:20 to confirm the pick up time. DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP read more

Took cab from airport to house, so no wait or anything like that. Driver wasn't familiar with my street, but gave him main cross-streets (which was fine), and also asked me what route I wanted to take (some people have a preference), which was also fine. Cab smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, which may be off-putting for non-smokers. read more

Scheduled an early morning pick-up online and confirmed on phone. Driver was a no-show and no one answered the phone at dispatch/operator. Use at own risk. read more

We've (attempted to) use about 4 times. The first time they came and picked us up on time. We scheduled online and everything was good. The next time we got Jessi. Jessi had all of his belongings in the back of this van because he left his G/F that day and he was also in route to take his drunk friend to the liquor store and to his house. We should have learned. We scheduled online one morning for a cab pick up for that evening at the airport, and they didn't show. They called 20 minutes after they were supposed to be there to see if we were ready. We scheduled a ride to the airport just a couple of days ago, and they didn't show. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting, we called yellow cab because we didn't want to miss our flight. They called 30 minutes after there were supposed to be there to see if we were ready. I would never use this company again. They are not reliable at all, and their driver's are very seedy. read more

5/13/15 Holy sh*t. If you get this cab, you're a f*cking idiot. Like me. I needed a cab from C Springs to Denver. The asshole that picked me up got lost and had to call me for directions, and I'm from f*ucking West Virginia. Not only did he royally jack that up, but 5 minutes into the route he had to ask me for directions, stopped for gas and oil for that poc van, and got me to the airport 30 min before my flight left. Not only did I miss my flight, but Sandy (who's the dispatcher) promised that the cab driver accepted credit cards and the driver said it wasn't possible and wanted an advance. I'M TELLING YOU... DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE. IF SO, YOU WILL BE F*CKED LIKE I AM... SITTING IN THE DENVER AIRPORT WAITING FOR THE RED EYE TO CHARLOTTE WITH MY THUMB IN MY ASS. Say what you may about my decision making ability because I give dumb ass people the benefit of the doubt sometimes, but it's ignorant uneducated people like the peeps that are employed in this so called organization that ruin this country. My hard working ass got f'd in the proper A. Don't make the same mistake I did. Mic dropped. read more

Springs Cabs highly succeeds- in disappointing you. Book a cab with them for a 6 am flight and they guarantee (inspite of having a written confirmation) a driver will NEVER turn up. We had a fantastic driver named Rasheed ( who no longer works with Springs Cabs) and he was right on time every single time. Unfortunately, Springs cabs has only managed to NOT send any drivers EVER since. What they can do is ONLY APOLOGISE. It doesn't matter that you almost always missed your flight. Believe you me, all taxi businesses in the Springs are as bad or worse. Unfortunately, there are no services that could be recommended. read more

Driver was late, horribly rude and stunk like cigarettes and urine. When I opened the window to escape his stench he barked at me to not touch HIS windows. He made several wrong turns and would not let me direct him as he says he knew where he was going. This "taxi" service is a joke and more like a gypsy cab. They don't even have meters, so they just make up a rate. Call an uber or yellow cab. Springs cab is horrible and if I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

I used Springs Cab from the airport. I paid with a credit card. When I got home, I discovered they charged the card more than double the going rate. I called to try and straighten this out, but was told the bookkeeper would have to call me back. Never happened and now no one answers the phone. I would also give them no stars, they have not earned any. read more

Called the night prior to schedule a 4:00 a.m. cab to the airport - advised it would be two adults and three pieces of luggage. 4:00 a.m. next morning, no cab. I called and was advised a driver was on his way and would be there in 7 minutes. At 4:15 a.m. still no cab. I called again and was advised the driver was just around the corner. Driver arrived at 4:20 a.m. in a tiny car that would only fit two bags in the trunk, forcing us to put one bag in the backseat between us. Also, seatbelt was broken and the door handle didn't work properly. Driver was friendly and apologetic, although he was still wearing his pajama bottoms. read more

Why is it every time I get in a yellow cab and they drop me off why do they always say they don't have change and keep your money it's hard enough to afford to even have money to catch a cab jus to get home it not so easy when your on fit income and you feel rob by the taxi driver and they want to take you the long way home I do better with Uber at least I can depend on a fixed price... yellow cab driver always get more out of me then what the meter said's, and to me that is so messed up when you're over 60... read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Called for a cab, they said half an hour. 50 mins later we called to see where they were and the b@@@@ operator said the driver had been there and then left. I asked by he didn't call, she told me he did, which he absolutely did not. She refused to acknowledge that they had made a mistake or send another can. When I told her she was losing five customers she said she didn't care. She was so rude. No customer service and dirty lairs. I had my fully charged phone in my hand waiting for that call. Don't waste our time for these douchebags. read more

I agree with the previous reviewer. I arranged for pickup the day before my flight, at 4:00 AM, and they never showed. When we called at 10 after, they said they saw us in the system, oops! But they didn't have a car for us. Tell everyone you know what a horrible business this is. I would give a zero if I could, but the app won't let me. read more

I will never use this cab company again. I called the afternoon before a flight to reserve a cab pickup at 7am. By 0705, no one had showed up. When I called the company, the dispatcher told me a cab had been dispatched & would be there soon. He said if I would hold, he would call the cab driver to see where they were. He then attempted to place me on hold, but I could hear him calling several drivers to see if they could come & get my wife & I. So...he lied to me. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport for a cost of parking fees of $6/day for 2 weeks. While I was in the security line at the airport, 45 minutes later, a cab driver called my cell to see if I still needed pickup. Completely unbelievable, completely unprofessional. I'll be sending them the bill for my parking. read more

I've been using Springs Cab regularly for 2 mths now and there is always a mix up. I was told to download the app for convenience but the cab would come and hour before I needed it, so I was told to call and set a reservation, now it comes 25-20 mins late or not at all. When I called the dispatch a man answered the phone whom I couldn't understand and said that he did his job, it was the drivers fault, nothing could be done and he hung up on me. The only one with any understanding is Bella. The poor drivers have no clue of what he problem till you tell them. read more

They brought me from Colorado Springs to Denver airport. It's a costly trip, but they did it for less than anyone else was willing to. And better he spent like 20 minutes researching the best place to go to get through the crowds fastest. Thank you! read more

Why can't I give 0 stars? They didn't show up and when I called back the guy yelled at me. Honestly I don't even know what he said, I speak English and couldn't understand him and had no idea why he was so mad at me. I was standing out front for 20 minutes. Anyway, called Yellow Cab. They know how it works. read more

By far worse cab service I've ever used the cab driver had an instant attitude when I got in the car and then had the nerve to get mad because I didn't give him a tip after a 45 dollar cab ride. Then if that wasn't bad enough I try to get one today and was waiting for over an hour and a half... my recommendation never use this company i got yelp just so I could tell people about my horrible experience. read more

I will never use Springs Cab again. I called the afternoon ahead to schedule an early morning ride to airport. I identified I was a party of 4 adults with 5 checked bags. The dispatcher said she would schedule a van; however, driver showed up in a sedan. Sedan driver just said no way, tried to call a friend to help, then just drove away without any apology. Pathetic, unreliable service. Never again!! read more

I had a scheduled call for 5am to get to the airport and reluctantly called Springs Cab. My driver, Alaa, arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited for me to come outside. The car was clean and nice smelling, and Alaa made me feel comfortable right away and offered casual chat for the ride. I would call Springs Cab again if I knew Alaa would be my driver! read more

DON'T DO IT! Called 2 hours in advance, called them back when they were 15 minutes late, and the lady had some story about a breakdown and wasn't sure when they would be there. Weak sauce! read more

Zero stars!!! NO INTEGRITY!!!! Told driver which way to go, wouldn't listen & took me way out of the way. Driver did it on purpose to ring up a huge mount in the meter. read more

I will never use this cab company again. Our hotel recommend them over Yellow Cab because they were cheaper. They showed up more than 30 minutes late and we had an appointment to meet. On the return trip they were almost an hour late. I called the company numerous times to find out where our cab was at. I was told by the dispatcher that our driver was delayed due to a traffic accident while enroute. When the cab finally arrived to pick us up I asked the driver about the traffic accident and he advised that there wasn't any traffic accident. I called the dispatch again and the story changed to they had a new computer system that they hadn't figured out yet. The drivers were nice and fares were cheaper but if time is important to you, then you will find someone else. read more

I had the scariest cab ride of my life from the airport to my hotel. Driver 311 thought he was being followed by 40 different cars/trackers. Went on and on about it, made several wrong turns, swerved, went wrong way down a one way street. Terrifying. Not sure if he was impaired or just unfit. Tried to call a supervisor but there wasn't one, just dispatcher. read more

Called for five cabs, but only three showed up. Disappointed because unfortunately, some people were left behind and nearly passed out from heat stroke while waiting. Big blow to one of the passengers because he had recently played an intense game of laser tag and got crushed. Additionally, one of the cabs smelled like smoke. Major rip. read more
