Since my appointment wasn't actually an appointment, I rented a car bc I was stuck otherwise. At 6pm on Friday, with NO CALL, I reached out only to be told the diagnostic guys stops doing diagnostics in the morning and would prob get to my truck on Monday morning. I called 8:20am Monday morning, was told my truck was "with the tech" - called back at 11:30, still "with the tech," called back 1:30, "still with the tech" - when did appointments become suggestions? This "family run business" does not treat their customers like family, not sure why they don't care, but they do not.

Dan was very thorough during the walk thru and took his time. Zack was right on top of everything that needed to be done. He even installed the APP on my wife's phone. Aaron and Kimberly were excellent to deal with during the process. We asked for a new one vice the floor model and they were very willing to do that. Aaron kept us informed of the process of our RV as it was being built and delivered on the day we had agreed upon. They were honest and a joy to work with.
