My friend was in her apartment the whole time, but no delivery came or contacted her. When I phoned again to demand a refund, they became suddenly much less friendly. Told me they had to deduct $10 for the delivery fee -- the delivery that never happened! My friend then WENT DOWN to the florist to ask for the bouquet AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HER!
