There were a few ants and bugs flying around, so if that bothers you, you can always ask for a table inside. They offer complimentary bread with a sun-dried tomato spread and truffle butter, which was a great first bite. We ordered the surf and turf (short rib and scallop noodles) and daily special, which was a 14oz dry aged pork chop) and were impressed with both entrees. The flavors all paired together worked perfectly. We had an exceptional dining experience at Zoubi!!! The secret garden provided a truly enchanting atmosphere. Our server, Amir, delivered outstanding service, and the host made us feel particularly valued. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and the cuisine was exceptional, we ordered the tuna poke with avocado & creamy togarashi in a spicy vinaigrette, prime NY strip steak entree with housecut fries, the grilled octopus appetizer which was plated beautifully and was cooked to perfection with a nice char and tender center. The surf & turf was a very generous portion of short ribs and sea scallops noodles with wild mushrooms in a truffle cream sauce. We also had the sesame and panko crusted tuna entee with wasabi "air" foam. We appreciate the wonderful experience, outside table surrounded by blooming seasonal flowers and plants. Rarely do I give a 5 star rating but Zoubi was very unique and hit on all cylinders, including food, service and especially atmosphere! The entry to the restaurant/bar is down a semi hidden alley and we walked right past it initially. The alley takes you to a small quaint bar with minimal seating. Past the bar to the right and a few steps up to a covered deck with plants all around (where we sat). Past the bar and to the left opens into the main outdoor dining patio area with open ceiling to the elements and again, plants every where you look. There is another dining area inside in back of the bar. If you are the kind of person that loves to sit outside surrounded by nature, then Zoubi is for you. We had lamb chops that were some of the best I've had. Only problems - parking in New Hope and getting a reservation, it is on the expensive side as well but I highly recommend! read more

We again ate inside because of the humidity but both inside and out are beautiful. The Tuna Poke appetizer was not only large but fantastic with what seemed to be almost a quarter to a half pound of excellent tuna. The Baked Oysters with garlic Parmesan were good but slightly overpowered by the cheese. The Chilean Sea Bass with cauliflower purée, butter mustard vinaigrette and Hazelnut Cream was delicious. Reservation required! We ventured to Zoubi on a Saturday night after seeing a glimpse of its quaint patio seating. Let me tell you, the menu did not disappoint at all! We started with a round of cocktails (lavender lemon drop + spicy Paloma) and they were excellent. Our appetizers were the Zoubi Caesar, Eggplant Milanese and Buratta dishes, which we all shared. Moderately portioned and beautifully plated. Zoubi is definitely one of those hidden gem places that "feeds" you through visuals. Our main entrees were the 16 oz NY Strip, Crabcake and Salmon. Each dish was impeccable in both taste and visual detail. Sea urchin cream and wasabi caviar danced around my perfectly cooked salmon filet. Dessert was very delicious as well, and our check was accompanied by a few macarons. So it seems like 7-8 months ago something happened with a change in management- do not let that deter you from going. Zoubi is superb. Whatever issue they had has been all worked out. Everything from the food, to drinks, service and ambience was outstanding. Truly, what a special restaurant. We had the kale Caesar, roasted beets, shrimp with anchovy butter, seared tuna and short rib- one thing was better than the next. Often when we've gone to a restaurant that has incredible detail to presentation- you get a tiny meal and leave hungry. Wow! What a great spot. This place is a hidden gem in New Hope. It's located on a less busy street and parking is not available on the street outside Zoubi . However a quick 2 minute walk to the municipal building there is ample parking that you can pay via ParkMobile. Laurent greatest us and seated us on the patio. He checked out through our dining experience. Mark our waiter was attentive and assured by other restaurant staff. Really great service! This place is mostly outside but under cover. From the photos I have posted you can tell it is a great setting to dine outdoors! The garden dining adds to the charm of Zoubi for certain. The food was delicious and well plated. Amazing New French-style restaurant in a chic setting. We took our friends here for their anniversary and the experience was fantastic. We started with grilled octopus, oysters and shrimp. All three were perfectly prepared with the octopus being our favorite - prepared Spanish style with chorizo and potato. I opted for the grilled pork chop which I'm fairly certain was sous vide'd first. It came out a perfect medium as requested and was topped with a rich demi glaze.
