From the first email to the days following the event she and her team were unendingly professional, courteous, and pleasant. She responded very quickly to emails with detail changes. I was particularly impressed with how much time and attention she gave us, both at our initial meeting at her office and later on for a walk-through of our outdoor reception site. She offered lots of extremely helpful information from her experience with weddings that allowed us to avoid numerous pitfalls up to and during the reception. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful.
