Another experience with CE Family that made me a loyal customer was during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the senior center I work at couldn't get a thermometer to scan in caregivers and family, and we ended up calling all over, and CE loaned us an extra that they had ordered for a few weeks until ours came.
