I had my initial appointment 3 weeks before my actual surgery but I was not told until the day of my surgery that my insurance would only cover 40 % of the cost. The office staff stated that they were only told the amount that they would pay the day before and therefore did not have time to alert me. I am well aware of the amount of time that it takes to check on insurance and find out the amount that a given insurance company will pay on a procedure, which would typically take 20 minutes tops, not 3 weeks. This is a misleading billing practice.

Another experience with CE Family that made me a loyal customer was during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the senior center I work at couldn't get a thermometer to scan in caregivers and family, and we ended up calling all over, and CE loaned us an extra that they had ordered for a few weeks until ours came. CE really is a family operation and you can see that with the love and care they put into their practice.

I saved went through a terrible painful root canal and paid for gold crown with an enamel cover. It fell out in 8 yrs!
