I was sick that day. I was offered an appointment for the next day but I was still sick. At that point, my appointment was rescheduled for July 13. This meant that, for 3 additional months, I had a space where the second tooth from the front belonged. I protested and wrote a personal letter to Dr. Wade with no result. On July 13 the receptionist tapped the implant and did an x-ray, and Dr. Wade stopped by for less than one minute. The whole appointment took barely 5 minutes. I still can hardly believe that Dr. Wade was unable to give me 5 minutes from his schedule to avoid 3 months with an empty space at the front of my mouth.

We only planned to be here a week so we called ahead from Seattle to get an appointment. They coordinated with my dentist in California. They explained a treatment plan and gave me an estimate at my first visit. Not only did they work me into their schedule but they scheduled the work for the same afternoon. I was so impressed with the entire staff, very courteous, very friendly and yet very professional. While it wasn't cheap my tooth was a mess-- I only had a half a tooth and a gaping hole. They numbed me up real good so there was a minimum discomfort. All in all, a very positive experience. I absolutely recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Farzin Ghannad. And I can without hesitation and doubt say that Dr. Farzin Ghannad of Vancouver Implant Perio Centre is THE BEST. He did not rush through the consult. He answered all of my questions. He was very clear and offered up all options with pros and cons to each. He was sincere, honest and very personable. In fact, all his staff are courteous and lovely. I've read the horror stories about gum grafts and had friends regale me with their tales of pain etc. I had absolutely none of that (thus far... I'm still in recuperation). But the procedure was quick, Dr. Ghannad was delightful, offering up comforting words of feedback along the way and his genuine care for my well-being shone through. His after care instructions were perfect and the take home kit excellent! I had no pain, and no bleeding after the procedure was complete. The staff (including Dr. Amanda) are friendly, professional and they really know there stuff. The receptionist/front desk woman was very helpful and I could tell she really cared about how the office processes hummed.
