They moved him from Security to a Management role within the same building. He was not professional and harassed me inside my own home, doors closed. Neither Management or the Board took this seriously. My Privacy, and the Code and the Disability Act were violated with his unprofessional behaviours. He yelled at me multiple times. This is a criminal offence. He has caused me great pain and anxiety. He has caused me fear for my safety. This is not a community. This specific person should not be working at this site. He continues to come on my floor. He continues to knock on my door. And he continues to enter my unit. First Residential doesn't care about their residents. I am terrified for my safety.

Justin takes a lot of disrespect from residents but has always been very professional, always get the job done and goes over and above to get issues resolve.....it is very important to know..... your management company is as good as you make it to be and that starts with the board of directors that put all actions in motion. Working together is what makes us stronger and understand the needs of the community. People lash out because of frustration and COVID has not made it easy for any of us that's for sure.....No regrets at all for making the switch to Maple Ridge from my point of view.....I'm the president of our corporation and working with a our property manager Justin has been a great experience, I can honestly say I trust his options and looking forward to many years of working together to bring life back into our community and have its value continue to grow. On the last month, they notified me that rent will still be pulled "accidentally" as they didn't cancel it in time, but not to worry, they will send a check out right away. Well, on the date they stated it would be deposited, it wasn't deposited. I waited a few days in good faith then called in. No answer. They wouldn't answer my calls. I had to call with a 3rd party number they didn't know, Mark answered. I said hi, its me ______. What happened? He said oh sorry, it will actually go next week. Well, it was never deposited. They don't answer my calls, or my emails. They just stole a months rent. I have filed with RT and other agencies and I will be suing in small claims court Ontario to get my money back. Don't trust this company.

(Due to the not-so-great online reviews, DASH wasn't on my initial list of places to call, BUT I called them anyway after a property manager friend from Vancouver suggested them. She hasn't been in the GTA for a few years, soo...I still called myself to chat with someone.) After following some prompts on their phone line, I found out that I couldn't even leave a voicemail!!! It said that their voicemail service was not "initiated". Ok, being a service and time-sensitive industry at that, it's really a poor sign if a potential client is unable to reach anyone! So hence my poor review. If I had left a voicemail and someone had called me back, there wouldn't be a need for this review. However, seeing how I was unable to speak to a live agent of the company, left a super bad impression of the company. Needless to say, I cannot refer this company based on being unable to reach anyone!

Shirley picked up the phone whenever I needed help, answered all my questions, solved problems, and for the entire contract until I sold my property I never had to engage with tenants, go through the time consuming process of finding new tenants, and above all was able to relax knowing the property was fully in compliance with city and building and tenant codes. I also got one last night after the rat called Total Parking who by the way is Sketchy third-party Parking company who gives out tickets even tho you fallow the rules. Today I spoke to APM Jessica @ gta location who got right on it to help me resolve this issue that has happened to a lot of different residents. She was very helpful and understood where I am coming from. If you have any problems with this property she is the lady to speak to she actually listens and responds to you like your human. She made my day thank you. Never mind I'll be going home early this summer and will not be back for thanksgiving Christmas New Years or Easter no birthdays no nothing. These ppl don't care.
