There was a new group of hatchlings that were being nurtured until ready for going to a new home. Kennedy was a standout at B&B! She knew everything about the linney breed and help assure my wife that caring for the bird would be within our capabilities as new bird owners. The purchase process, take home process, and the regular check-ins have been filled with excellent customer service. Everyone in the store is willing to help and answer questions. I also really love the frog room and though I didn't open any of the drawers (you're not supposed to without help), I realized last time that they have a ton of snakes that are just not on display. There is so much to see here and friendly and knowledgeable staff, so if you're looking for something other than a cat or dog, this is the place for you!

She trained us to recognize and understand our pup's body language so we can be better owners and provide our dog the leadership she needs. Her methods on socialization of fearful dogs has worked miracles for our rescue pup. She went from barking and lunging at other dogs on our daily walks, to walking around the farmer's market and happily sitting outside at Starbucks. She then gives you advice based on your own dog and their unique personality. She also asks about what you need and was always there to answer questions as they came up. The best part now (even though we've completed our scheduled training) is that we still attend dog parties with her and training sessions. With those, you get to know the other dogs that she has trained and their owners. It's like extended training, because Kim is there watching the dogs play and train and helping with behaviors that she is seeing there.
