I'm from Los Angeles where it's hard to find groomers who are still willing to work on cats, but best friends has a cat groomer that comes multiple times a week and they have been really great with my older also somewhat aggressive cat getting and keeping him Matt free without a full body, shave in his senior years as he grooms himself less often. She didn't wag her tail, didn't come to me like she usually does, and was unusually quiet. Something felt off. That night she stayed calm at home, but the next morning, after just five minutes outside, she refused to walk. I noticed her paw was swollen and inflamed. The vet said it looked like trauma or possibly a burn around the nail bed, consistent with grooming-related injury. The salon later sent a photo of Daisy after the grooming, but it doesn't show her paws at all. That felt strange. When I called to share what happened and ask for accountability, the owner was cold, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge the concern. I'm not here to point fingers, but I do want to share my experience. Daisy is healing now, but this was and still is a painful and stressful experience for both of us. We have a new appointment at the vet.

I haven't brought him for professional grooming for 5 years now. However, as Lanbao gets older (he is 11 years old this year), it's harder to do the grooming myself. Lanbao got a bit of old man attitude :) Jackie was so kind and detailing how she will make sure Lanbao gets breaks during the grooming. Lanbao is sensitive with his paws and his face being trimmed. I wasn't expecting she would have a success trimming it. However, Jackie got to it so well! Lanbao is a happy old man going into summer! We love to learn how to care for our dog between professional groomings, and Kat spends extra time with us to share tips, techniques, and product recommendations. From the moment we arrived, the groomer came out to greet both my dog and me. They took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, especially when it came to specific areas for trimming. The full grooming service was completed in about an hour and a half. My dog looks sharp with his new haircut. I also really appreciated that the groomer give me updates of the session. Overall, a great experience that I'll definitely be coming back for the next grooming service.

One is a senior, and one is a puppy. They did great with both and handled both being afraid of the dryer so well and didn't force it. Katelyn does such a great job, and she really listens to what you want, and she has your dog smelling so good. Kayleen did such a great job with my older dog and has the patience of a saint. I highly recommend both ladies. Theresa and Jessica up front were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only be taking my fur kids here from now on.
