I would guess that many/most of those reviews are older when this place was under different management? I went here very recently when I was craving a Togo's sando and it was on my route on 101 in between two Peninsula cities where I needed to be one day. First, I was pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN it was. Wow! I think that this Togo's is the cleanest I've ever been to. :) I didn't go in the bathroom, but I have a feeling that it's clean, too. The employees were friendly and smiley, which was great! Maybe all Togo's locations do this now, or maybe just this one since Togo's are franchised, but the way they do ordering is that you order at the cash register and tell them all the details - the size, bread, add-ons, and such. Then they ring you up and you pay and they hand that printed out receipt to the person making your sandwich. So, it seems smoother and easier when the person making your sandwich can look at the paper instead of the customer telling them one step at a time on what you want on your sandwich.
