I'm so happy I did because it's one of the few places that has a nice London Fog. I love that when you get your coffee "for here" it comes in actual ceramic mugs instead of plastic or paper. Thanks for creating less waste this way They even have metal utensils too! There is a long table inside with an outlet extension for working that could comfortably seat 6 people, but up to 10 if you really wanted to. Inside, it's bright with all the storefront glass and spacious with its open strut ceiling concept. Aside from coffee and tea, they also have salads, croffles, tartines of various combinations, and pastries so you can grab a quick bite or dessert too. Parking is limited right in front of the café but there's another parking lot in the area so I wouldn't worry about parking here either. The cloud 9 name and theme is so clever since it is right by an aviation club. The music inside is light and unobtrusive. Outside there's a peaceful, quiet patio with shade, sun, and flowers. Absolutely magical.

I came at opening, and it was just myself and one other person there getting a drink. Both of our drinks had about an inch of a gap. If I'm paying almost $10 for a drink with tip I expect a full 12oz or 16oz latte. Per previous complaints, it states they are supposed to fill it all the way. The taste was great, but it annoys me when places do this.

You pay about 8 dollars for a drink or soft serve, and if you ask for light ice they still pack it with ice and honestly you get hardly any drink, secondly lately the lady that made my cone the last few times likes to do a big circle and leave a big hole in the soft serve which also now leaves you with less / hardly any ice cream for your money. Most importantly I had the worst customer service from her this last visit. It was so bad another lady waiting for her items asked for her name and told her the same things I was saying. I have to say the day I went in, the young lady working the register was very sweet and helpful. Hats off to her for knowing what customer service is. Most importantly, the older lady working drinks and the soft serve machine about 1:30 ish ( name might be vaung? Didn't hear after when I walked away) today was rude as all can be and so unprofessional!!! Her alone makes me not want to go back. I ordered 2 drinks and a soft serve. My order was called out. when I went to retrieve it, It was missing the soft serve and the one drink didn't have the soft serve in it either. I told her my order is missing two things and she yells out this is order 2. I said it's wrong and she pushes the drinks towards me. I explained again what's wrong and she proceeded to help someone else. Comes back and says this is your order. I pull out my receipt and say there's no soft serve cone or soft serve in the drink, and may I please have a bag for the drinks. She goes to make my cone finally, gives me my cone and again I have to say there's no soft serve in the drink. She looks at the drink like I'm lying and then inspected the drink to see if there was any. smh ... literally looks at the drink and starts shaking it to see if there's any. Then finally does go to take care of it. She comes back with it. I asked for a bag again and then she says I need to charge you. Mind you, i'm holding the cone in one hand and the two drinks in my other arm against my chest . Whether or not you're supposed to charge is beyond the point it's the fact that she never apologized. It took more than once to get this right and then you're gonna make me go pay for a bag separately when my hands are full with two drinks and an ice cream cone on top of it. It was the way she handled it all. She was rude!!!! On top of it, then another lady actually proceeded to complain about her because she was rude to her as well, and she laughed at us, like it was okay for her to be rude or whatever we're saying was a joke. Worst customer service I've ever had in there and I felt this is something that should be mentioned. on top of it lastly she left a nice big hole in the middle of my cone so I barely got any ice cream. Might not care because I'm just one person, but they just lost a customer. Maybe two from what I saw today. Do better!! With all the other business around if someone is choosing to come in to your establishment, they should not be treated rude. Looking at some of the other reviews as well, I see the ice thing and bag thing has been repeated. If you know someone's order multiple things and you see they are alone. Maybe ask will you need a bag before hand. Not when they have everything handed to them and then say I need to charge you. I tried to call the management to bring this to them first and there's no answer on the phone or the email I sent over. Maybe they don't care either.

Once inside, I noticed it was pretty dark inside & it was a hot day but they didn't have a/c so all of the doors were propped open. Service was a bit lacking when I was there. I placed my order for a Mango Matcha, Crème Brûlée Matcha & Banana Cream Matcha (not pictured) & asked for the Banana Cream to not have ice since we were bringing that back home to my sister to drink. The guy ringing me up didn't seem to be listening since he was busy talking to his friend instead while taking my order. He ended up ringing up my drink to have no ice & no cream. I wish I noticed it before I left, but just grabbed the drinks and left since we were in a bit of a rush. We thought the drinks were good & good matcha is used for the drinks, but the matcha wasn't whisked very well since there were still small chunks in our drinks. My sister was also disappointed that she didn't get the banana she was hoping for with her drink. I'll probably come by to try it again one day, but right now it's not somewhere I'm rushing back to.

Some menu items felt a bit overpriced, while others were more reasonably priced. Overall, I'm not sure it's fully worth the price point, but it's definitely not bad either. Smoked Salmon Toast (8.5/10) - This dish had a lot of layers of flavor, and the egg was cooked perfectly with a runny yolk. I loved the variety of veggies that came with it, and the portion size was satisfying. The plating was also very nicely done. You can choose either potatoes or salad on the side. Tiramisu Crepe Cake (8/10) - Not overly sweet, which I liked. The cocoa powder balanced the sweetness nicely, making it more enjoyable. It was creamy without feeling too heavy or too much. Service: The setup here is more casual and self-service. You wait in line at the front to order and pay first, then grab your own utensils and napkins before finding a table. Once seated, they bring the food out to you using your table number. Overall, the service was decent. Ambiance: The place was very lively and packed, so it can get pretty loud with how many people are there talking. There's a lot of outdoor seating, but there was still a line out the door when we arrived. The space itself is large, spacious, and has a nice atmosphere overall.

Now, I'm usually not a coffee drinker, but a friend of mine out here is slowly getting me into it... or maybe she's just using me to feed her caffeine habit lol. The store is always so classy, beautifully decorated, and the pastry presentation is next-level. It's the kind of display that makes you want to order one of everything just because it looks that good. The seating area inside is small, so if you don't lock a seat you'll either be outside at the front tables or grabbing it to go. The hospitality here is always amazing -- super attentive, courteous, and genuinely kind. Only thing to note is the parking. It's street parking, so keep your head on a swivel when pulling in or out. All in all, this place continues to deliver.
