AWESOME WORK! Trying…read moreto find a company that cleans your car for you in this area is not easy. There are lots of places where you do your own interior cleaning and drive through a car wash. But finding someone to clean the interior and exterior for you is nearly impossible. However, the professionals at Classic Car Care did a GREAT job on my car and the price was very affordable. They did such a good job on a basic car wash, I'd love to see what they do with a full detailing. I highly recommend this company for their caring attitude and the professional work they do.

Went here for the lore of it all. This place is huge. Is it a gas station or a grocery store or a…read moremall? The answer is yes. Their marketing is too notch, I don't think it's possible to walk out of there without some sort of souvenir. It's well lit. They have Buc-ee's children's books, Buc-ee's swimsuits, Buc-ee's everything. I walked out with an assortment box of fudge, cotton candy-watermelon,strawberry banana, and regular. Watermelon one taste like it was made with the baby bottle pop watermelon dip power-amazing. The strawberry banana actually tasted like individual flavors coming together the banana flavor imitated the banana laffy taffy I was impressed, and they were like only $2. They have rock candy suckers here! You don't see those everywhere, they feel like a cannon event. I noticed they have a huge deli Jekry style. A whole bakery fudge style. And the people that work there in cowboy hats which I thought was really cute. Was it worth the hype? Sure. Be prepared to spend at least an hour on your port break during a road trip. The view at the pump is beautiful as are most views in Tennessee. Saw some things I've never seen before even in the checkout line, energy packs that look like zyns. And specialty mints in interesting flavors.

This is my first and possibly last Bucee's experience…read more Outside: YES--Cheapest gas--a full $0.70 cheaper than any other stations along the highway!!! That alone was worth the stop, but the rest of the experience was less than expected. By the pumps, there are no windshield washer squeegees anywhere, so you cannot clean the bugs off of your windshield. The pay-at-the-pump interface was frustrating. It would not accept my Discover card. I used my Visa, and it locked into selling me only 15 gallons. The only great part of the refueling experience was the price and the zero wait for a pump because they have so many of them. Also, this location has a car wash, and the purchase option was imbedded in the gas purchase--I didn't want it, but accidentally got it. I guess that would be one way to clean the windows, but be aware as you're trying to buy gas. Inside: The inside is huge. It's like someone took a Walmart and placed restrooms and food kiosks in the center of it. The women's bathroom was awesomely clean. It's huge with individual doored stall-rooms along the walls with green (open) and red (busy) lights above the door, so you can quickly find a stall that's open. The entire center of the bathroom is full of sinks/soap/paper towels. It was spotlessly clean and the highlight of the whole experience. Food: Having seen another Yelp review, we got 2 XXL BBQ Brisket sandwiches and Buc-ee's chips and 2 $0.99 fountain drinks. We also picked up a small bag of chocolate covered pretzels. That lunch cost us $41, and there was nowhere to sit to eat it. The expectation is that you go back out to your car to eat. After being in the car for 6 hours, I didn't want to eat in the car, so we found a lamppost in the shade that we used as a "table" and stood to eat. Service: Everyone working at this location was helpful and friendly, so the service is great. Recommendation: If you are looking for a clean bathroom and cheaper gas--this is an awesome place to stop!! Of course, the cheaper gas price is how they draw you in, then they make up the loss in inside sales, especially food. There are many food choices, which is also good, as long as you intend to eat in the car. If you get the BBQ sandwich, I would get the one without the sauce.

The place that used to be here was just so much better…read more $6 used to buy a car wash, vacuum, and use of cleaning supplies and mat cleaners. That was a great value and I always left with a car that maybe wasn't handwashed, but it was cleaned to my liking. Now, fast forward and $7 buys a car wash that isn't quite as good as the $6 car wash used to be, vaccuum, use of mat cleaners, but no cleaning supplies. That's not really the whole problem, though, because there is still value there. When you pull up, there is always someone trying to sell you their monthly membership and guide you through the self-serve kiosk, which is actually just frustrating. I don't really like having someone over my shoulder telling me what to do when the screen is telling me. It just makes me feel like they are trying to rush me through. It also makes me feel as though my money isn't really good enough. At the time of writing this, we are in the midst of COVID-19 and today I have decided that I am never coming back. They disconnected all of the vacuums and shut down the mat cleaners for "customer safety," but did not post it anywhere until you pull into the one-way kiosk lanes and are ready to pay. My husband and I both came today and both got stuck and had to pay the $14 just to get through because it is one-way and once you are in, you are going. Afterward, I asked the man why they didn't post outside of the car wash that the vacuums were shut down or why they didn't lower the price to compensate and he was very firm that everything that we didn't receive was "complementary" anyway and that it was on the kiosk screen so I could have chosen to not pay for it. He was cold and unapologetic and, by the way, our cars still have pollen on them. It's not the customer service that I was accustomed to receiving under the old ownership and it was a huge let down to waste that money and then to have to go to another place and spend extra money to vacuum our cars. By the way, other car washes have their vacuums open right now, so I am not really sure why they wouldn't have their vacuums open for people to use at their own risk other than that they are saving some money. If I was nervous about getting coronavirus, I would choose not to use the vacuums. Maybe if you love getting your car washed multiple times a month this could be the place for you, but my family will not be returning.
