We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. When we saw signs of ( dead) termites in one bathroom we called him again and after thorough inspection, we decided that the in wall treatments could do the trick. It was far less money to do it this way. Far easier ( no move out etc) and, no possibility of roof damage or needing to do all the inconvenience and hassle again because of a poor tenting job. We recently had exterior carpentry done and the workers saw no signs of termites In our neighborhood we see and hear a lot about tenting experiences gone wrong.
