At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring. After recalling an unpleasant experience at another center, we decided that even though the North Decatur location is about six miles farther from our home, we will continue to come here in the future. Being that this could be the easiest part he performs during a Triage. He did an incorrect wrist cuff technique for my Blood pressure reading. (He left that same arm dangling, in the process, instead of holding it up at heart level.. and in turn, got a high reading) when I have Normal blood pressure, as my Baseline is normal & mostly on the low end! So, I know my baseline well, and this is just unacceptable. I found this Centerwell Clinic to be exceptional. It's large, very modern in Decor, including an Activity Center inside. Everything was very clean & neat. And the girls working in the office were very kind, friendly and curteous. A very good all around vibe I thought. I truly recommend this Clinic location for anyone.

This business advertised itself as a medical office that is lgbt friendly and provides services for including hrt for patients. That is why I chose this office. Other offices charged VIP plans for hrt and were focused on cis men. This office has now bait and switched the trans patients it advertised itself to, mandating they buy into the expensive VIP plan as they switch to a "concierge" service. So they want to charge me 76-100 extra dollars per month, not covered by insurance, to still have to go through insurance and pay for all of my medical treatments and bloodwork. I would rather pay that extra money to go to a specialist office not scamming its patients. If Calli Collins ever leaves this practice, or if they start requiring the VIP for even typical primary care services, this review will be changing to a 1 star, and I will go into more detail about my negative experiences with other staff in the office. I have been having an onslaught of ongoing issues with Red Rock Medical. I've completed a first…read moresleep study and have been struggling to finally get a follow up so that I may replace my CPAP machine, which is quite literally falling apart. The first study was wildly uncomfortable and left me sore for days. However, the second had to be postponed 45 minutes after their fire alarm started blaring. My ears and the alarms alike were both still ringing as I drove away into the dark of night. I attempted to reschedule this first rescheduled follow up appointment because I started coming down with potentially contagious symptoms the day of the study, after I already checked in. As a responsible citizen of the planet, I was forced to no-show when I could not reach anyone to cancel. I've rescheduled this follow-up yet again but am simply unwilling to pay for the previous no-show when I was unable to get a hold of anyone at all to cancel it. I was informed that the fee may be excused and advised that I should have left a message, but now that I am attempting to reach someone about these "overdue balances," I can assure you that there is no option to leave any message. I have a full call log of a multitude of attempts to reach Red Rock Medical Group over the past several weeks. I have also received and returned multiple calls throughout this experience and whenever I return a call, the person assisting does not know why I missed a call. After ending the call, I miss more calls all over again! The process to simply get new CPAP equipment has been so extremely complicated and challenging that I am actually debating on a daily basis if safety pins on a sleep apnea mask is a risk I'm willing to take. Completing a simple sleep study through Red Rock Medical Group has been a never-ending nightmare! I am at my wit's end. This is honestly a deplorable mess! Please get it together. I am a patient who has shown nothing but patience with your establishment and I am suffering for it!
