No one was answering the phone and when someone finally came to the door I was told I had to wait due to technical difficulties/phone lines being down. Once there the check in process was next to nothing, I did the paperwork online so all they needed was my name. The facility itself was fairly small, but the rooms were nice. My room had a locking door, float tank and a shower with shampoo/conditioner/soap. They give you a bathmat, a towel, two face cloths as well as ear plugs, a makeup wipe and a few other things you might need. They give you 15 minutes before to shower and 15 minutes after your allotted float time. They claim the rooms are soundproof but I did hear little bangs and noises of the business center. I wish they provided personal combs, but they do have community hair brushes and blow dryers to use. Overall it was a great experience, and the woman working there was very nice. They give you a few choices of music/white noise/sounds to get you in the zone and bring you back. I would definitely try it again as by the time I got completely relaxed and "sensory deprived" my time was up

So, I can't wait for the gift to come my way. On my visit, I checked in, was taken to the room, everything was explained, and then it was me and the floatation device. I undressed, jumped in and meditated for an hour or so. It was very interesting to stay floating for so long. Everything is dark, it is a very different type of experience. When the bells rang to announce the end of my session, I opened up the device, took a shower and went to the front. I chatted a little bit with the person at the desk, and then I left. Like I said, I'm waiting for my gift card...

Floating is a thing. Apparently it's been a thing. And it took me way too long to figure this out…read moreand then take the plunge. I chose this location for my first time floating because it isn't a "pod," it is an actual room--and dang, was I impressed. Service: top notch. The two ladies I encountered were efficient and down to earth, plus super nice and made me feel at ease. Very professional. Facility: Spotless about sums it up. I was super pleased with how clean it was, from the lobby area, to the halls, to the actual private float suites. Float suite: Holy moly. It's just so...nice. Very nice shower, instructions, well prepared prior to your arrival in the room, and just all around soothing. Much better than what I would envision a pod to be. Floating: so, it was my first time, and I booked a 60 minute. The woman who showed me around offered to keep the music playing softly so my mind wouldn't wander too much. I appreciated this gesture and took her recommendation. I wish I had read more tips prior, such as ways to meditate while in the room. The entire time was insanely peaceful, but I know I could have been more at peace had I known how to approach the entire experience. I really loved the float suite-I kept the twinkle lights on at first but then turned them off and found the complete darkness to be what I needed, and I think it just enhanced the entire experience even more. I felt great and so refreshed after; slept so well afterwards (it was a 8pm float), and even a couple days later, have been more well rested than I have been in a long time. My mental health is also seemingly improved, which I love. I used a promo code to try it out, but now I am planning on getting a membership. I don't have time to do it too often, but once a month is easily done and will be a nice break. Try it! You won't regret it!

From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth. The online booking process was super easy and straightforward, and when I arrived, check-in was quick, easy, and welcoming. The lobby immediately sets a calming tone with its cool-toned colors, cozy atmosphere, and beverage station. I also loved browsing the selection of at-home wellness products available for purchase -- a nice touch for anyone wanting to extend that spa-like feeling at home. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, clearly explaining the float process from start to finish, including what to expect before, during, and after the session. If you've never tried flotation therapy before (also known as sensory deprivation or REST -- Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique), it's a unique experience where you float in a pod of warm water filled with a high concentration of Epsom salts. The result is a near-zero gravity feeling that can help with stress relief, pain management, improved circulation, and deep relaxation. I booked a session hoping it would help with some persistent neck and shoulder tension -- and it absolutely did. During the float, I was finally able to stretch areas I hadn't been able to move in weeks. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a unique, restorative wellness experience.

Only thing that struck me odd was a plastic container (see similar picture) of small biscotti bought from somewhere like a food warehouse. Would have been nice if they were spread out in a glass dish instead of a store bought container that was difficult to get biscotti out. The massage is good! I had Vanity, she listened to my every complaint and it was very relaxing. She has very strong hands which is perfect for me. I recommended her to my daughter for next time. However, another problem that arose after my massage was in the locker room. They have a little container there for cold towels I guess and before and after massage there was none so I just dismissed that. But, the steam room was not operating and I couldn't get it operating and when I mentioned to the front desk folks they didn't seem to care. And actually for what we pay for the massage I should've been able to use it.
