Everything is consistently great, and it's become one of those places you're always happy to come back to. Most of my reviews have focused on how great the pizza is, but this time I have to give some love to the Caprese sandwich. Wow. Everything was so fresh, and the bread was toasted absolutely perfectly. Simple, fresh ingredients done right, and I honestly can't wait to have it again. I'm actually kind of sad that Firefly is heading out for the holiday season, but I'll definitely be first in line next spring when they're back. Until then, I'll just have to dream about that pizza and Caprese sandwich.

As someone who had never been to Estes Park before, I'm so sad that I will probably not get to have their pizza again. But, gosh, I'll tell everyone about it! The pizzas are also delivered by robot which is super cool. The cheesecake was top tier too.

I want to say it was busy for sure but because it's pizza, there is no actual urgency. The pizzas take as long as they take so give yourself plenty of time. A few things I'd like to take a moment to point out. A.) Pizza needed to be cooked longer. I would have preferred them to cook it so that the cheese all melted. It's not really appetizing when it's not. Maybe another min or two could help but I'm guessing with them being as busy as they were, they may have pulled them early. B.) plates could have been cleaner. Server also asked us more than once if we needed anything else, and I did ask for a glass with ice so I can add it to our warm water that was on the table when we arrived, and I also asked for a straw and never received either. Pretty disappointed in the service. Nice enough young lady but don't ask me if I need anything and then never do it. Twice. It could have been cleaner across the board. Lots of flies and gnats flying around. I waited tables for decades and I always hustled. Clearing, cleaning, greeting a table so you know someone is coming even if you can't take their order yet. I think maybe just the small town and laid back lifestyle could explain it all. On the plus side, I am excited about reheating the pizza for lunch today because it was a little under, it will cook nicely today.
