This one on converse is such a mess. They don't spray your car ever even with new wands , gotta wait a while before anyone comes out after honking horn a few times , no towels many times , and vacuums most are broken. I'm about to cancel this membership. The one in Universal City is great but this one in Converse isn't worth the money at all read more

The Universal City location has very outdated equipment, will scratch your car's finish. Don't subscribe even if they give you a hard sell. Not worth it. Go to GO Carwash better service and similar prices. read more

Please save yourself the headache. Zips Carwash is joke of a business. I have been with them for well over 3 years and just about every time I use their faculties there is always either an outage or system malfunction to include they raised their prices and did not inform the clientele. I have membership drafted every month and if I use the facility once or twice in a month I can't hardly use it because they are always breaking down. called customer service to cancel and they gave the excuse that their systems are down therefore unable to cancel membership. do yourself a favor don't use the. I just got a new membership, and as you all know it's UNLIMITED washes, well I go for my second one and the employee said it's not activate ma'am you have to come back tomorrow.... I looked at him confuse and said I pay for this I want another wash. He rolled his eyes and said alright. I been having a bad day today with customer service and it doesn't t seem to end in this area. Please train your employees. I only came back to this car wash because it's closer to me than water shed. Water shed is way better and has better customer service but I do not like the drive for me. read more

Won't be back. I paid for the highest car wash. Big remover and wax. My car didn't get any of those. Bugs where on my car, I had dirt on the trunk still. The tire shine didn't work. I won't be back, this place is absolutely TRASH. Vacuums have no suction there's no shade , no sinks , just terrible establishment. Don't waste your money here. The zips here in Converse is HORRIBLE the new staff is rude the wash itself leaves soap all on your car and then with all of the birds crapping on the cars they won't even use the pressure wash on the car they will guide you in and walk off or go back on their phone but we pay for horrible service read more

I went to zips to have my car wash and the staff there was amazing! So helpful and courteous. I had window writing on my car that I couldn't get off, they took it off (without being asked to) and helped me every step of the way! 5 stars for sure! Def recommend! read more

We went to this car wash today (very busy due to Valentine's Day). The service was very fast and efficient. There was one particular staff member, who we presumed was the manager, who was very friendly, helpful, and energetic. Once we finished with the wash, we went to vacuum the car (which is included in the $7 wash) and the same man approached us and said he noticed that the car still had a lot of bugs on the grill and offered to have us run the car through the wash again, at no extra charge, and even upgraded our wash. His customer service went above and beyond any service we've had at any other car wash. We will definitely return to this location! read more
