One of the employees saw me and asked what I was looking for. I notified to him that I didn't want to take my car through a car-wash because I have an aftermarket license plate that is hooked on through the front tow hitch so it's not stable enough. He advised me that they manually wash the cars and there are NO wash brush tools/devices within the car wash drive-thru. He was right. It's only the water that they use to spray the cars within the drive-thru...and they manually hand wash it with soap. Overall, I was completely happy with the outcome. No more worries. No broken license plate. And for just a wash, I believe it was like $10/$12. I can't remember but it was a pretty good price. I tipped the guy $5 cause I was happy with the services. They offer WAY more services including Full Detailing, interior cleaning/exterior cleaning, vacuuming, wax, etc. I will definitely be back! Especially with all of the services that they have to offer at an affordable price!

I'll take my five elsewhere! I am usually a big fan of Take…read more5 Oil Changes, and have used them all over the place. This time, I went online, and made a reservation, so I could hopefully be whisked to the front of the line! On the reservation registration webpage, they specifically ask what kind of car I'll be having serviced. I filled it all in, and got a confirmation of my appointment. I showed up, and ended up waiting in the sun for 25 minutes past my appointment time before someone comes out waves me into the bay, where I wait some more before someone comes and talks to me. It's the mechanic, with a compass tattooed on his hand. He said that my car is difficult to change the filter on without burning his arms and he'd rather just not do it, and encouraged me to get my oil changed at the dealership. I was stunned. I don't drive a Lamborghini or some exotic car. I was displeased that they had the opportunity to tell me that they didn't want to work on my car when I made the appointment online the night before. They had another great opportunity to tell me that they didn't want to work on the car when I showed up and waited in my car for twenty five minutes. Any time during that twenty five minutes I was waiting in front of their garage bay door would've been a great time to come and tell me to quit waiting, because they didn't want to work on an imported vehicle. Even after I got guided into the garage bay, and as I sat in the garage bay and waited, they could've come out and said something about how they're not into imports and go find a dealership. They wasted my time. I'm not coming back. They certainly didn't get a honk on the way out of the service bay.

LMAO. I don't care if ur Superman. ... all that "done" in 45 mins ain't possible; let alone a hand wash and dry. I watched them the entire time on my home cameras. They were BS'ing; half the time texting on their phone. Additionally, the "owner" or whoever the dude in charge is, called the next day to say they'd be coming out in a week or so for a FREE wash for my truck. Yeah.. that never happened either....Just like everything else they say they did on the initial appointment. Be smart people. Don't let their vans with logos fool you. Others can get those actual job DONE for the right price.
