To ensure you don't easily miss the entrance and having to U-Turn at the gated apartment complex next to it, make sure you keep an eye out once you turn onto Patricia Drive from West Ave. Almost immediately to the left is where the carwash is at. The washes are priced amazingly at $6, $8, $10, $12; way more economic than most other washes. Completely touchless, automatically water powered, usually unstaffed, which I enjoy especially given the current COVID19 pandemic situation. The vacuum before you enter the wash. Bear right to pass through the vacuum after entering the complex if you don't need to, then bear left into the wash bay payment stands (there is 2 of them). The vacuum cost $1, adding to any of the washes is not bad considering that it is still cheaper than most other car washes that include free vacuumming. Size of the wash area is decently large, I have a med-large size sedan and it feels quite roomy passing through the machine compared to some other car washes. Height limit is 7' so be careful if you have a tall truck; I've driven a unmodified 2018 Ram 1500 through it without any issues! Overall, awesome automatic car wash that is very well priced. Will definitely come back if in the area needing a wash. Keep up the good work SLG Touch Free (Previously Sterling H2O LaserWash)! Edit: The owner, a extremely pleasant gentleman from Sri Lanka (also used to be a pilot!), does regular stop bys and ensure everything is working and always help out customers with washing and drying in any way he could. Jose told me the gift card was "expired"…read morebecause they changed systems, which didn't make sense since gift cards are not subject to expiration dates by state law. He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.

It has a place to hang your mats while you vacuum them AND an air sprayer to get dust out of the mats. The air blower is also incredible for getting the 'impossible to reach' area under the seat & blows all debris out so you can snag it w/ the vacuum. It has TWO vacuum sizes -- a skinny for in between the seats and a fat for getting large areas quickly. Going back for sure!!

Unlike some other places though, you can use cash or coins to pay for the car wash, it's strictly card only( because theirs a sign in the wash bay that says they will charge your card if you use any outside products)now with that, I tried to use my first card that didn't have a chip so I had to swipe it, nothing happened. The time didn't start or anything. Swiped it again and nope still nothing. Pulled out my card with the chip and tapped. Time started and the water was activated. My reason for the 1 star was I didn't like the initial impression of feeling creeped out especially with how crazy people nowadays are and being a woman. Secondly I'm always checking my bank statements and I noticed they stole $5 from my first card-the non chip one. It's only $5 but it's the principle of it because imagine how many other times they've taken money from other people who might not even know it really check their accounts. If you ever used or will use this place I would check your transaction history to make sure they aren't taking out additional money I'm just going to stick to those self service car washes that uses coins. They had towels to use and the vacuums are really good! They are no weak suction. The receipt had a $5 off coupon for the next wash so that's a plus! I didn't interact with any workers even though there was two by the check out /entrance way, where you pay about 3feet from me there was no greet or asked if I needed help. Overall the wash was good I'll be back to redeem my $5 off.
