I went through and the undercarriage of my car was completely dry. The manager sent me through a second time on the highest setting which I appreciate, but still the same amount of sand under my car as before. I talked to the manager who claimed he watched the machine spray under my car and said it's probably dry because of the blowers. Meanwhile there is still sand just underneath my runners that flakes off with soft touch which would obviously be blown off by even just the blowers much less the water. This manager treated me with contempt and disrespect and didn't even show an understanding of his services offered questioning if the second tier wash even provides the undercarriage blast to begin with. I understand malfunctions happen, and I wasn't even going to ask for all my money back, just the five extra I paid for the second tier service. But being lied to and treated like a moron by the management is very frustrating. Incompetence at best and malice at worst. Wont be back sorry to say...
