Buyer beware! Have used Ramon to replace windshields in the past. If he knows what he's doing and there are no issues with the job, he's great. But as I've recently learned, if he doesn't know what he's doing for the particular job or if there's any issue, he will be dishonest and then will ghost you. He will not honor the "warranty" noted on his website. I recently had him replace the back quarter panel window on my car. I ordered the window and had him do the install. He said all was good, to leave tape for 2 days, and took my payment. After removing tape a few days later, the window is not installed properly. Part of the bottom pops in and out and the window is not fully seated all around. We contacted him about this and after taking over 24 hours to respond, he finally got back to us and said "the window came that way." First of all, this is not true. Secondly, even if that were true, why would you not say something and just install a window that's not sealed properly? He has since completely ignored multiple attempts to contact him to come back out to fix the window. Pretty sad to treat any customer this way with outright lies, but even worse when you're doing this to a repeat customer who has sent you multiple referrals. I wish I would've looked more closely at a recent review on here before using Ramon again because it looks like I'm not the first person to fall victim to Ramon's dishonesty. read more
