Went in on Sunday, November 2, 2025 and ordered from the kiosk. Paid at 9:23 AM and waited... waited... waited... waited... waited for over 20 minutes for our order - a bowl and a panini plus two drinks. I actually finished my drink waiting for our food. Watched two very lazy, unmotivated, chatty to each other employees move with the speed of sloths about the kitchen - not really accomplishing anything. When we came in only one other person was in front of us. By the time we got our food easily 15 people were standing around frustrated. Substandard employees with no motivation your customers haven't got the time to tolerate. Hope their pay reflects their terrible job performance.

My sister stopped here to get a drink before heading back to Birmingham. The area appeared a…read morelittle sketchy , so it was a really quick stop. I decided to go inside to look for gummy worms. They didn't have the brand I'm currently obsessed with. I was able to take a few pics of the inside.... not many. The inventory seem to be lacking and the store in general just felt dirty to me. This gas station / food mart is located on a busy corner so getting in and out could be an issue.

After a year with this store, prescriptions have been lost, missing, or sent to other stores. Despite not feeing safe on the outside, the store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly, but again the pharmaceutical service needs an overhaul.

This has to be the worst Circle K I've been to. Horrible service!!! This place use to always be my…read morego to spot, right by the house. Over the past couple years, it keeps getting worst!! It's very convenient for me to go there, because I live in the neighborhood, but NEVER again!!! I will go to a different gas station. This has made me come to the conclusion that I will never return to ANY Circle K. Obviously they do not have a manager or district manager that cares. I'm so sad that it's gotten THIS bad! The cashiers are super slow and rude,never fresh items on the grill, it's disgusting & dirty. This last visit, there were NO polar pop cups! Really??? I asked the cashier & he said he had to count everything. What does that even mean and how did that stop him or the other cashier from getting them!???
