We love zippy s! Fast friendly and so many extras included! Vaca, glass cleaners , air fresheners ect. We also love that there are so many locations that we can use read more

Once again, at Zippy's and no clean towels in any of the bays...they are completely out. This is getting old and happens too often! I have two auto wash passes with Zippy, and if this keeps up I am going to find some place new to wash my vehicles. All I ask is to keep your word on what you offer , nothing more, nothing less. read more

Zippy Auto Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Ypsilanti, Michigan

Always have a great experience at Zippys. Especially love the citrus scent when you are going thru the wash.

Really quite disappointed and unsure why this place always has a line. Paid for the top tier option and had to go right back through for the free bronze car wash [offered on the receipt] because our windshield wasn't clean AND bird poop still on the door; even on the second go around. My husband gets his car washed frequently, so these should have been easily picked up during the car wash. We even found spots not cleaned on the hood; which was "sprayed down" by one of the workers upon entry. The vacuums were loud with minimal suction power. The facility looks great on the outside but didn't live up to expectations read more

Zippy is still a solid choice for a car wash in the local area. I had a gift card recently and decided to wash my car after a particularly long stretch of not having done so. Although prices seem to have gone up a bit, I treated myself to the top of the line wash, which meant that I could come back for a complimentary basic wash again within the next 3 days. One update that was long overdue is the addition of microfiber towels at the drying stations! I had always tried to remember my own when I would come to a car wash, but now I don't need to at Zippy. Vacuums are decent, I enjoy getting all of the crumbs and dirt out of my car so it's fresh and clean. This location is less busy than some of the others, so you can usually go through fairly quickly. I'm a fan! read more

I come here often for my vehicle. They offer a quick pass for 29.99 a month which I have. Its great if youvwash your car often. A sticker is placed on your window and you drive right in. This place offers free vacuuming drying cloths and even an air blower for the price. It is a great place to get your car washed with all the amenities. read more

I had a horrible experience at your Location on 47575 Michigan Ave. I did not notice how horrible the wash was until I got home. My car still had bird poop on the one side in 3 different spots and the back of my car looks like I didn't even go through a car wash. I paided 18.99 for only half of my car to be cleaned. I will never go to one of your places again after this. read more

They don't spray your car off anymore. Used to be good when they had two people spraying off your car now they don't even care. Can't wait to the new car wash open ups in front of Sam's club. read more

8.99 for a basic wash to not even get the soap off your car or even dry the car whatsoever. Left with a mediocre/ over-priced car wash.

This review is mostly for the attendant working early afternoon April 12. I was having issues with my car shifting out of neutral after entering the car wash. He had to shut it down to help me drive through. It was incredibly embarrassing. He could have easily snapped at me, but was patient and helpful instead. The car wash does a decent job. We've used it several times in the past. read more

I like knowing when coming to this car wash, that only one side of the car will be sprayed, prior to entering the car wash. When the attendant has the motivation to spray the other side of the car... I will probably see an image of Jesus. Knowing our feedback has been received and the motivation to move 3 more steps to take care of the other side of my car has been answered. read more

Drove home and looked at my truck the mud flaps running boards and lower still dirty, also they had a lady spray a little on the drivers side they did not wet the passenger side at all. Washing a dry auto can damage the finish. read more

The customer service at this business was fantastic. I will definitely recommend to other people.

there is often not anyone in the office. The vacuums are not the best. Not worth buying the pass unless you live very close because there is very few locations. The actual wash is good. read more

I love Zippy's car wash, but not this one compared to the other Zippy's that have two people power washing as you enter; more dirt comes off your car before you start the main wash. I pay for the premium wash with the unlimited monthly on my card, and this car wash only has one person with the power washer, and that person doesn't go to both sides. They only power spray the driver's side, leaving the other side untouched, and that's why I am only giving this Zippy's one star. I also am upset that the one guy took the power washer to the car in front of me, and he sprayed that car down both sides, front and back, and made sure he got the bugs off the glass, but he didn't do that to my car! I rolled in; he handed the power washer to the other guy and walked away. That other guy just got my side wet; he didn't even try to do any cleaning; he just stood there and did a lousy job with that wand, which made me mad. So don't expect good service when going to this Carpenter rd Zippy's car wash. I don't understand why they don't have two guys spraying down both sides. Two guys are always working, but one sits at the computer while the other is only wetting down one side of the car. I feel I am not getting my money's worth at this brand new Zippy's, and I plan to contact the corporate office and ask them why the other two in Ann Arbor and Saline have two people using the power wands spraying down both sides. Still, this one on Carpenter Rd is cheap. If I could wash my car alone, I wouldn't waste my money at this place just because they don't have two like all the others do. Maybe I'm spoiled? Nevertheless, I am paying for the premium car wash, which is the highest price. When you pay for a premium service, you usually expect to get premium service, but you won't at this one. I'm willing to change this rating to a higher one, but only if they start power washing both sides of the car before it goes through the auto wash cycle. Give the guy a raise and make him wash both sides. I mean, the wheel wells don't get good and clean if they don't get power washed first, especially if you have dried on mud from dirt roads, and yes, we have dirt roads that track mud onto the paved roads after rain. read more

Very upset with service. I pay the highest level of wash only to get half my car pre sprayed. Whole right side of my car wasn't even touched before the wash and of course, the right side didn't get fully washed after going through because of it. Out of all the car washes in the Ypsi area, do not use this one! read more
