I was picking up medication for a patient and I had their phone number in my phone and had the date…read moreof birth. They asked me for her address and I said, well currently she's living with me at my house but that wasn't in the computer. So I said well her old physical address was .....nope that wasn't it either. Apparently all the addresses were old. And the phone number for she was old too. And if I was going to steal it. That would be pretty stupid since they took my ID and information on my driver's license and that is one of the reasons why Walgreens policies are just totally ridiculous. I will never go back there in fact I told the lady, If they're out of medication at Dillon we'll wait until it gets in. I well never walk in to that store.... I don't care if they're giving it away free !

I am very disappointed with the response I received, or lack of, pertaining to a fuel pump…read moremalfunction. $30 worth of gasoline spilled onto the ground when the pump malfunctioned and did not shut off. I reported the spill to the employee on duty and spoke with the manager the next morning. The store manager in turn emailed her district manager. I have spoken with the store manager several times and as far as I can tell, she has had NO response from her district manager. I was simply wanting a refund on the spilled gasoline. I refuse to shop this store any longer even though it is by far the closest store to my home. My husband has a lawn care business and he no longer purchases his gasoline there either. It's too bad that customer service is nonexistent at this store.

Smells like mold right when you walk through the door, barely any food (not like I would have…read morebought considering the smell). They had no keychains. Was disappointed, any other loves stop is great.
