I brought back the patterns to exchange but the owner of the store would not allow it. He said that it was the policy of Butterick that they cannot do exchanges on unopened patterns. As stated, I left without buying anything on this day, I said I wanted to think about it and departed from the store. As is often the case when I really love something and walked away without buying it, I couldn't get this one specific piece off of my mind. I went back a few days later, one of the sales staff recognized me as they had assisted me on that initial trip to the store. I told them I was super anxious to return and purchase the piece I had been fixating on since trying it on the week prior. I was fairly certain it would no longer be there. Between the beauty and the price of this particular necklace I just assumed it was long gone. I was beyond thrilled upon being informed that Ellen, the salesperson who helped me, had decided to put it in the back and hold it for a week in the event I returned for it. This was above and beyond excellence in terms of my experience shopping/browsing in this store. I LOVE my necklace, it is very nice quality both in terms of craftsmanship and the raw materials used. I will absolutely continue to come here and shop.

Ronnie, whom we…read morecommunicated with, isn't the warmest person -- very short and to the point -- but after working with her, I completely understand why. She's all business because her work speaks for itself. The quality is excellent, and the turnaround time was faster than I could've hoped for. My daughter needed a shirt for her college commitment day at school. We checked every major website -- not one had her size available and guaranteed delivery in time. Then, a co-worker who lives near SST mentioned seeing the shop on TikTok (mostly for bed parties, funny enough). At 10 PM on Saturday, I suddenly remembered the TikTok and told my daughter. She messaged them right away. By Sunday morning, they had replied, and after just a few back-and-forth messages, the shirt was ready by Tuesday! The stitching is clean, the colors are vibrant, and it looks amazing. She's all set for Friday's big day, and we couldn't be happier. As a bonus -- the price was the same as Dicks, Fanatics, and Hype & Vice. Great work, fast service, and top-notch quality. Highly recommend!
