I've been bounced around for months with people telling me, "so and so will call you" and then they never do. It's unbelievably unprofessional for a company not to be able to answer, "Why was I charged $200 for a 10 minute chat with my doctor?" My old insurance covered Kaiser and I had absolutely no issue with their services, but it seems like Centura is out to find victims. When I finally got a hold of a manager, he said that they changed the billing process so that managers don't have the ability to wave costs and it's painfully obvious they did it so they can continue to scam people. They will continue to pass you around until they threaten to send you to collections. The first review on yelp by Tricia is also nearly identical to what I experienced with Clay talking a lot about himself and attempting to prescribe whatever he can. It might be because he asked me if I had trouble sleeping and went through the whole conversation about how he uses a cpap himself and blah blah blah it has helped him so much. Maybe it's a common theme that he just tries to throw the book at you to get more money.

Even though her office did all my referrals incorrectly. She's now trying to blame the people who saw me without the correct referrals. Because of her Office screw up I now owe $3500 and they're not gonna do anything to help me with it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
