Two surgeries in four moths…read more In early March of 2018 I was working out, and tore the meniscus in my knee. I was referred to Brad Drescher and as luck would have it, I got in during the same week that I called. My first impression of Brad was one of the most compassionate docs I had ever met, and one who explained the least invasive therapy all the way thru to Surgery. I of course, took the least invasive route to start. I'm a commercial real estate broker and travel back and forth between Colorado Springs and Denver several times a week. I found that I was in so much pain after driving for even 30 minutes, I could barely walk when I got out of car - I knew I had to get the surgery. What I liked is that he told me everything that was going to happen during the surgery and during my recovery. Recovery went exactly as he said it would and today my knee is great. I met numerous times during recovery with Robert Valdez, PA who took care of me like I was his only patient! Somehow in the fall of 2018 - I hurt my left foot. Because I live in Denver, I saw an Ortho here in town. He said I had dislocated the bones in left foot and it would require extensive surgery. I decided to get a second opinion, and since I trusted Brad, and was existing patient, they took me in quickly and gave the exact same diagnosis. Dislocated toes! Due to the fact that I had such a good experience with my knee, I again saw Brad, and without much ado, the surgery was scheduled and completed. I was on crutches for six weeks, then into walking boot, then lighter boot. During the recovery, I again saw Robert Valdez, as well as Brad. The team that Brad has assembled, including Sue his nurse, is Steller! Service and compassion; that is their business and they are great at it. By the way I'm 75 years young and still going strong thanks to Brad Drescher.

Her med tech (who gave better care than her) delivered my positive eeg results over the phone. I had a severe reaction to the med she trialed first which she might have concluded if she had bothered to look at my chart (the other one I was offered was in there as having a similar severe reaction) she then had her med tech (again) say "just go off it and we will see you in 3 months". Would you like your seizure disorder managed in this manner? If so I can recommend a beautiful NP that has great hair!

Once he was out of surgery the doctor said it went well and left, I had to PRY answers out of him like how long does he need crutches? Doses on medicine? Pain tolerance and how long it would last? You name it I asked it because the doctor just wanted to leave and gave no advice. The doctor was irritated I had so many questions and rushed us out of the building and to make it worse the doctor forgot to take my boyfriends stitches OUT! My boyfriend had to call WEEKS later asking if it was normal to have them still in. The nurse freaked out and said to come in immediately and that the doctor should have scheduled a follow up after surgery to get them out. The doctor told me 2 weeks after his ankle surgery he should be able to RUN on his ankle, of course I knew that wasn't true but for him to sound confident in telling me that made me sick. It has now been 5 months since surgery and my boyfriend can barely walk on his ankle. We just saw shank again due to that reason and once again he didn't want to answer questions and tried to shoo us out of his office. I would NEVER recommend anyone to him. He'll take your money and screw you up somehow. I've never been so disgusted in someone who's supposed to be a "physician." Even after months of intensive physical therapy were having serious problems with his ankle.
