He picked it up on monday, january 22nd, 2024. He worked on for a week and brought it back to my house monday, january 29th. I was at work, so my wife spent the time talking with him. I pulled in as he was pulling out. My wife said he acted as if he wanted to leave quickly. After he left, we looked around were not impressed at all with the quality of work. We paid over $800 for something that looked like i could have done a better job with less than $50 worth of materials. I had already paid him over venmo, but he had not finished the awning bracket replacement. He told me he would be back in a week. That was janaury 29th. It is now april 3rd, 2024 and he has not been in contact with me since he texted february 15th saying he had covid and was out a week. I've texted, emailed, called, left voicemails and he has not finished the job. He wont't reply back to my wife's calls or texts as well. I cannot proof it, but when he brought the camper back, there were dents on the back rear side as if it had been hit. We had not used it since october, and it wasn't there when we parked it in october. All it takes is a simple text, email or call to say "hey, i got your message-i'll be out at this time and date".....But he hasn't done any of that.

We would be driving back from KY to central CO with no brakes. Started looking for a place to purchase the part we needed to fix the issue and came across Trailer Parts & Sales in Lawrenceburg, KY. Alicia said she had the part, and went out of her way to find and obtain a person to fix the brakes for us the next day, on Saturday, when most shops were closed. We went by the next morning to pick up the part, and a gentleman named Gaylord said to hold on while he checked something. A simple fuse was the problem!
