On the way to a hair appointment nearby, I decided to look for a "local" coffee stop. I decided I would try Ziggi's. I had never been to Ziggi's, so it took me a moment to look over the menu, & it appeared to have something for everyone!! After asking a few questions, I decided on a 24 oz Hazelnut Cream Latte, made with an additional shot (5 total) & Breve. I also ordered a House Brew with 2 Stevia & steamed almond milk. My order was taken quickly & efficiently. There were 2 people ahead of me in line, but you wouldn't know it. The line moved quickly & I felt like the wait time was minimal. Once I got to the window I was politely greeted, thanked for the tip I placed in their bucket, & given my coffee. I ensured that I advised the barista that this was the fastest, most friendly coffee drive through experience! It's in a very easy area to access & I will definitely be stopping by in the near future & will check out the cafe next time to feel out the ambiance. Keep it up Ziggi's, I'm a fan!!!! read more

Love the vibe here. The shop though is a bit small with just a few tables. Wifi is free which is great! We tried a couple pastry and they are tasting good. They share parking with a bunch of medical offices and facility in the plaza so drive thru can be a good idea. read more

It took almost 10 minutes to order and then they forgot about our food and we had to constantly go back up and remind them and it still took a while to get our food. And then I told them multiple times that I wanted my drink iced and they made it hot. Really not impressed and won't be coming back. Even Starbucks which is always really busy does a whole lot better at hearing people when they order. read more

Straight up: this is a clean, modern feeling coffee shop with double USB outlets at each table spot. They even have a high countertop with plug-ins down the line that faces the front window to make a great mobile spot for working or studying. They have all the fun and creative coffee drinks you could possibly imagine, as well as Red Bull infused concoctions, Italian sodas and even a kids drink menu as well! Their staff was super helpful and patient. I had my extra special sister with me (with intellectual disabilities) and the staff member was wonderful with her. Kid friendly: they have high chairs and changing tables in each bathroom, but other than the large green lawn next to the shop, there is really nothing for kids to do in there. (No games or anything.) If anything, I think their main room is just a bit boring. It's too clean. Too plain. Like it needs some more design, decor or character or something. And a table, shelf or hook in the bathroom would be nice for whatever is in my hands. But the coffee was delicious! read more

The entrance off Jackson Creek Parkway (Monument, CO) is difficult to find, and the left turn into it is dangerous. Thhe menu is pre-made sandwiches, so if you want any variation, you can't have it. I visited this coffee shop for the first time this morning. It is in a good, convenient location, parking is somewhat limited, the outside of the shop looks pleasing to the eyes, there is a drive thru for a quick coffee pick up on your way to work in the morning, I was not welcomed upon entering, they had a helpful "Order Here" sign so you know where to give your order, the employee who took my order was mildly friendly, there were many beverage choices, there medium roast coffee was delicious and reasonably-priced, the counter was cluttered high so that you (I'm 5'11") can hardly see over it, there was a well stocked cream & sugar table (that included Stevia!), there was adequate comfortable seating inside and some tables and chairs outside, a fairly large, clean dining room with relaxing music playing, clean restroom, free WiFi that worked, and electrical sockets available around the dining room. read more

This is my favorite Ziggi's location in The Springs... the service-up is a bit weird, but it's just because of the plaza! They have a drive-thru or you can *hopefully* find parking and go inside and order, and enjoy the sunshine with their outdoor seating! They have a huge selection of flavors to add to your beverage along with a wide variety of sugar free flavors too! They also offer multiple pastries, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, including gluten free options.. which is super cool to see! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable at this location and do an amazing job, even during busy hours! My go-to is a cold brew with white chocolate and pb syrup! Ordered seasonal drinks and they tasted magical. We also ordered the homemade breads that they offer at the counter and they even warmed them up for us. It's a very clean and modern environment. The bathrooms are organized and well sanitized. They let us know where to pick up our drinks, welcomed us into the store, and we're very kind taking our order and making our drinks. They keep their workspace clean (they are wiping it down right at this moment) and they have sparkly lights. An abundant amount of seating too. Overall it's a very nice place and we would come again. :) read more

I am really bummed to say that I do not like Ziggys coffee. This part of town needs a good drive-through coffee stop and I was hoping this was it. First the lady that took my order was very rude. I was a little confused because I couldn't see the menu because the sun was reflecting off of it. So I was asking her questions and she was not nice. Very disappointing for a new establishment. You've got to give people time to get used to your menu. I ended up ordering a 16 ounce iced chai it with a shot of espresso. The drink itself tasted like water down iced coffee with a little slice in it. It was not tasty. Then their lids do not work. They have the lids that you shouldn't need a straw to use but it kept spilling all over me. I tried taking a lid off cleaning and put it back on and still spilled all over me. read more

I've been back to this location a couple times now since they opened, going inside to order each time, and today I tried the drive through. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. One person ahead of me was taking a long time to get their order. For a drive-thru it wasn't ideal, but figured they ordered a bunch of things. Then I saw they only ordered one drink... and my one drink order took some time to get as well. I was very disappointed, but without any mention of the long wait by me the window staff apologized several times and gave me coupons to use on a future visit for the inconvenience. Very impressed they did this without any complaint by me and is the reason (along with the other times of having great experiences here) for the repeat 5 stars in this update. So I went to ziggi's after my workout to get a coffee and the like wasn't too bad. But then I finally pulled up to the speaker and the girl took a long time to take our order. After we were done ordering she said "hold on a sec" we waited there for 5 min and she said nothing else, finally I decided to ask if I can pull up the girl said yes. I ordered the plain bagel and it was rock hard, the cheese the burnt and the bagel was just hard and burnt. So I waited all that time just for that. read more

I really enjoy Ziggi's coffee. The service staff has been kind and friendly. I have not yet sat in so I can't comment on that, but going through the drive through has been delightful. Worst coffee shop around. I was at the window after ordering my coffee and the manager, Ashley, started talking about me to the other workers in a very negative way. I have been to this coffee shop once or twice before and every time the workers especially Ashley are horrendous. She was saying things about me and the car I drive making fun of my order and how I ordered it. Did the drive through about 8:30... they were out of almost all of the 'pastry' items, only one of their breakfast sandwiches was made without pork product and it was bland and tasteless, the dark roast was extremely weak, and no employees were masked. The extra star is because the server was very upbeat and friendly. Won't be back. read more

Amazing coffee and great staff! They have great Red Bull drinks and smoothies as well, including some great food items.
