Aaron was quick to reply to texts and phone calls, answered all my questions, and I was able to drop off my car on my way to work (before business hours), and pick it up later via a key drop-box. Very convenient, excellent communication, and a great value. My car is spotless, all cupholders are completely clean, they removed my weather-tech floormats and cleaned all of those (and the carpets underneath, the strange kid-smell in the back seat is gone, and it looks better than it did when I bought it (4 years ago)! During the detail, Aaron called me about paint spray he found (from road paint) on the front, roof, and around the wheels of my car (which I knew about). He let me know they also worked with insurance for that type of problem... I'll be back soon to take care of that too, and get the ceramic coating to keep by ride shiny thru the winter.

They said they would not refund my money because it was prepaid?? I asked for a policy. They said my husband had signed one. They never sent that of course. So I suggested he update his website so it doesn't allow someone to make them. He then got defensive so I hung up and started to make this review. Then I started getting texts and emails from him telling me to stay off his website. He then threatened to beat me up and was trying to schedule a meet up to fight at my work. After that he resorted to making fun of my name and calling names. It felt like I was back in high school again. He seems very unstable and I don't recommend you let this guy anywhere near your cars or house. I have the screenshots to prove it, but Google won't post my review with them for some reason.
