I filled out an…read moreincident report and didn't hear from them for a week so I stopped in and the general manager was rude and said they would not fix it. I had unlimited monthly plans with them on 2 vehicles, cancelled both. Tommy wash is opening soon across the street and the guy that owns the leer cap dealer told me that he gets repairs paid for by Tommy Wash all the time so that's where I'll be going.

This place is a couple of years old now. It's a new facility compared to their competitor "Touch…read moreof Class" about a mile north. Both places charge $10 for the basic wash, QCW refers to it as the "Quality" wash. But for $22, you get unlimited Quality washes for the month. So after your third wash, you're ahead of the game. There are wash upgrades of what services they can provide. All upgrades are performed by the automated wash. There is no human labor involved in the cleaning process. With each upgrade both the single wash and monthly pass prices go up. Takes about 5 minutes for the entire wash. Machine does a pretty good job drying, but I bring a few old rags in my trunk to wipe off the extra water and shine up some spots the wash rags misses. I also open up doors and trunk and dry the door jams. They provide a free vacuum, as does their competitor. I bring this up because their sister location on Sternberg Rd only provides complimentary vacs if you have the monthly pass. The vacs do a great job. Basically they suck. Also for an additional charge, you can get your mats scrubbed. However it only works on flat mats. WeatherTech won't make it through the machine.

Sometimes I have to go through twice, just to get a dirty car fully clean. I wish this one had mirrors so we could see prior to driving away or having to get out of your car. Also, not a fan that the staff don't put the plastic protector on at this location as they do elsewhere. Overall, I love the convenience, but not always the price. I'd never consider it without the unlimited as it's very costly.

I got an oil change here on 2/6/2026 on the evening of 2/6/2026 I needed my car towed. The car…read morestarted overheating badly! we had to leave the car and get it towed twice. Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

And, they went back and cleaned the glove compartment after I noticed it was dirty and untouched. However, under closer inspection, they obviously rushed through the job. The exterior mirrors were not cleaned, nor was the area beneath the back ledge were the license plate is attached. The carpeting was not cleaned, just vacuumed, and the area underneath the floor mats was completely ignored. Stains on the center console were missed, and the door jams were not properly cleaned. If I had paid $150, I'd say okay, you get what you pay for. But I paid $350 and expected a superior "detailed" job. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.
