I've eaten at a lot of Thai places in my 63 years, and Chai Thai is in the top three in terms of absolutely delicious food. I sure wish we lived closer.

We start off with table noodles and dip them in a mix of duck sauce and hot mustard. We always get the pu pu platter for 2 and it has more than enough food for the three of us (we always have leftovers). It comes with spare ribs, breaded chicken tenders, chicken wings, crab Rangoon, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, and spring rolls. I recommend getting a side of the sweet and sour sauce for the breaded chicken tenders. We also get a side order of the pork fried rice, lo mein, and my mom gets the wonton soup. My dad also gets the scorpion bowl for 2. All the food is amazing and we've never had a bad experience here. Even the water tastes amazing! I couldn't recommend this place more, but also I want to gatekeep this place because it is so good!!! Please give this place your business!!!

There are many versions of Singapore Noodles, but what is common to all, is they are strongly flavored with curry. These noodles tasted of nothing. They were bland and tasteless. They were yellow so they probably used some turmeric. The dumplings were terrible. First, they came at the end of the meal, not the beginning. Secondly, they were not fried, they were baked. The outside of the dumping was dry and hard, and the filling was merely ground pork with nothing else added that we could tell. I don't think we will go back.

Their sweet and sour chicken fingers (with an amazing red sauce), spare ribs, and beef teriyaki are usually great. The teriyaki has been bland lately though, like they don't marinate it nearly as well as they used to in years past. Their red sweet and sour sauce is amazing and the duck sauce is pretty good too. The crab rangoons are nice and crunchy. I haven't ventured much from these items since I like them so much, but it sounds like there are some issues with having consistent quality at times with them looking at some other reviews. If they can keep the food consistent, these dishes are great. My favorite Chinese food by far for these items when done right. Service was fast, server that took our call and brought our order was very polite. Gave some feedback about the teriyaki not being as flavorful as it usually is and they were very receptive and apologetic. Offered a credit but I declined. The restaurant physical space could use an update inside and out.
