Stephen was very patient in explaining my options. He showed me that repairing, coloring and sealing the grout lines would do the job; I did not need to replace the grout. $ saved too. Pleasantly surprised!…read more We moved into our home two years ago and had the tile steam cleaned in hopes of having all the varied colors of the grout become nice and white again. There was absolutely no change after spending a lot of money. I reluctantly called Groutsmith after seeing their ad in the local neighborhood magazine, and they set up an appointment to come out, do a demonstration, and give an estimate. I was impressed and hopeful. The estimate was steep, but it would be worth it if the grout came clean. David, the service technician, came by yesterday right on time and was friendly and cordial. He really did a fantastic job and didn't miss a thing. Our grout and tile was not only super clean, but then they seal the grout with a color sealer (you choose the color) which is guaranteed for 10-years and transferable to new home owner. My husband and I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied. And the icing on the cake - no harmful chemicals are used. It is an all-natural, environmentally green product. Thank you!

Sir Grout They came out to our home, gave us a quote. The…read moremain reason they came out was because of the mold that was in our tile in the shower. We have 2 bathrooms $600.00 each. Both technician were very clean and respectful. They were in our home for 8 hours for each at separate times. This was October 2024. By January 2025 you could see the mold again in our showers. It took 2 weeks for them to response to my calls. They finally sent out a young man to look at the problem. He states that the contract that I signed only said that they do the first 2 rows of tile in the bathroom . I am writing this review to let people know that this company misleads their customers. Don't you think that if you said to me (We are only re-grouting the first 2 tiles lines in our showers, I would have had a difference response.) If you look at the pictures taken you can see that they didn't even do that. But they cleaned the heck out of the grout lines. These kinds of companies alway have a back door to whatever they do or don't do. I am posting this review on BBB and Google and any other site I can find. To let people know that is Company is not trust worthy. Be very careful about the reviews that are saying that did a good job.

I simply can't believe I'm the first one to review this company! First and foremost, Ron (the…read moreowner) is so nice. I had never met him before and having a conversation with him over the phone about your curbs is like chatting with an old friend. He is very accommodating to your schedule for a free estimate and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling the installation. Be advised, since they are in high demand you may have to wait a bit for the installation, but I promise it's well worth it. The All American Curbing team of guys are some of the nicest and most hardworking guys we've met since we've been here. They listen, they do what you ask and want to make you happy. But please be advised, what you want may not be the best decision...so please listen to their advice since they've been doing this a long time. They are very hands on and will fix anything and/or address anything prior to leaving. This is concrete...so if there is something you want fixed/changed/addressed/done differently you need to address it posthaste. I must say, watching the entire process was fascinating. This little workhorse machine called Bubba makes things happen with some attention to detail and fine tuning from the installation team. Plus, they "make" curbing in the hard to reach areas that Bubba can't get to or reach. Near the ends or around down spouts are all down by hand...and it looks as perfect as what came out of the machine! The entire experience from start to finish was stress-free and painless. We have been getting so many complements on the curbing. It has totally changed the appearance of our house. Not only does it look great, but it retains everything in the flower beds from storms. It a win/win addition to your home. We love it! Very highly recommend!

This was much larger in scope but he assured us he had "specialists" for work that needed to be done that were not his core competencies. The demo was done so carelessly! Needless damage was done to walls and mouldings. However I was assured all would be repaired. The specialists he promised turned out to be non-existent. He was absent more than here as it went on. He promised to clean up the half-assed finishes but then left without doin a proper job. I have patched and sanded poorly finished drywall, and sanded and tried to repair the dings in trim left by him and his crew. There is still a mess where he pulled tile baseboard out. Thank goodness I hired a separate contractor to install the kitchen cabinets. And fortunately the plumber and electrician did high quality work!
