Decent piZza and garlic breadno more. In fact felt positively laden down with stodge for hours afterwards, which doesn"t usually happen despite my gusto for the humble pizza. Probably wasn't worth enduring the swarming families for. read more

But we failed to enquire about music and consequently were frustrated that the male singer completely drowned our conversations right through the meal.. Parking was no problem; food was good; and the tiramisu was high octane! Ware is not in our usual area to visit. But we will know to avoid the music nights if we go again.

Their lasagne is a dish that, in my estimation, is the best outside of Italy. Nice photographs of the Almafi coast decorate the rooms and the service is second to none. Friendly, yet professional. I believe they have music nights to accompany the good food. We will probably try that one night in the future.

I had the spaghetti carbonara and it was the BEST I have ever had. It's my favorite Italian dish and I have had it all over the world so that's a solid compliment. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you find yourself in Hertford UK. They have a small but interesting wine list and on busy nights restrict your time at the table to 2 hours. I also got to try Haloumi cheese for the first time and liked it a lot.

Aside from the standard pizzas that every pizza joint has, Quality Pizza offers an 'Italian' line that feature fancier toppings. And they have many vegetarian options I've never seen anywhere else. Highly recommended: The Milano. Mushroom, spinach, garlic and pesto. Delish! I love supporting local business and this is a good one! I haven't been to another pizza place since.

I didn't even have my favourite toppings as it was a friend who ordered, but it was still one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. Seriously good, as were their wedges side dish! Ware recently has a lot more competition when it comes to pizza. I cannot imagine anyone beating this place though!

There is no way that this was fillet steak, my friend later said he thought it was braising steak but on reflection I believe it was a piece of skirt. I should have sent it back but we were tired and I didn't want to embarrass my friend. My friend said his venison was not good either.
Marconato is one of my favourite restaurants in England…read more It is an Italian restaurant, split over two levels, serving a wide range of traditional and more contemporary dishes, and there really is something for everyone. I heartily recommend the Mozzarella In Carrozza (Deep fried mozzarella in bread crumbs with salad and Marconato dressing) for a starter. I do love melted cheese and this cholesterol-laden dish is up there with the best of them. For a main courseyou can take your pick, but their pizza is very good if you like the genuine article. Aside from the food what makes this place good are the following hit points: 1) It's not overly expensive 2) It's ALWAYS busy so you need to book, but it shows the success of the place 3) They're very child friendly 4) The entertainment The entertainment takes place upstairs and changes throughout the year. It consists mostly of 'Stars In Their Eyes' style soundalikes and though I've never been myself (I think it's more of a girly thing) my wife and friends have all highly rated it and had a great time. Apparently the George Michael soundalike is the best?! There is a great atmosphere in the place and definitely suits being as busy as it is. A regular venue for us, and one for you once you try it I'm sure.

At eight o'clock on a Saturday night the place was well over half full. The menu was fairly extensive with a large variety of past, pizza and and steaks. The prices seemed fair. However, I wasn't blown away by any amazing food. I was all very mediocre. I did notice that this restaurant seemed quite family orientated and you wouldn't feel uncomfortable or out of place bringing children of any age here. The decor was clean and modern. The service was friendly and efficient.

Her tone was somewhat aggressive. The food was fine, a decent offering, and I enjoyed it. However this was spoiled when we were paying. It was coming close (but not exactly) 7.30, around 7.20 when the waitress came. Because we are all quite young (around 15-17) we paid by cash. Now I know they had enough change for us, but because the other group needed their table, she told us that she didn't have any. I rewarded her attitude with a lovely tip of £0.00. The bartender was nice though. All in all a good meal spoiled by a rude waiter.

I've never ordered take out from them so maybe this is the case. It looks as though someone just threw some ingredients at the bread and into the oven it went. No care or attention to detail to make sure it's proportioned. Barely any sauce or cheese and as far as the price for quality this is unacceptable. Total was £40.40 and this is what we received. Service was great which is why they have 2 stars instead of one. But they definitely need to work on quality of the pizza that is coming out. I will not order from this location again. Also the Funghi pizza was extremely bland and the mushrooms did not taste cooked. It was like having dry flaky tiny mushrooms on bread. Smh. Very disappointing especially compared to the pictures online. The second pizza tasted nice but had very space ingredients as you can see.

It's well decorated in a cosy, traditional style and there is plenty of seating and tables available. The menu is standard Pizza Express fare, and the food is cooked well and delivered by friendly, happy staff (our waiter was also as hot as the food ;-) ) and the menu is also reasonably priced. Cons I personally found the service a little slow, but my friend just found it relaxed.
